It's stuffy in the studio itself, the sofa has seen the views and artificial flowers in pots, as a result, the photo is very "cheap" And the steamer in the dressing room does not work, it was not possible to prepare things for shooting, definitely not. Although the picture initially looked presentable .

There are many halls for different tastes, the presence of air conditioners, which is important in the heat and in the inter-heating period, a lot of equipment is provided for rent, and not at the highest prices, I also consider the presence of a normal website a big plus, a selfie zone. I also noticed that they have a large selection of extras. equipment, ala laser, smoke machine, etc., as well as synchronizers for all major brands of cameras, not just manual ones with one contact. I gave a minus for the fact that guys, update the information on all platforms. Since you are in insta, tiktok, YouTube and on the site, then the information should be on all platforms, but you seem to be correcting yourself.

Disappointed. A beautiful photo studio, but the level of service is disgusting! The staff did not warn that candles should not be lit (more precisely, they prescribed it in the dorovor, which no one reads, they did not give me my copy!) and at the end of the filming, a fine of 50 rubles is announced (it is unclear how the cost of the fine was formed ... well, probably this is already the work of the tax service!). It was possible to figure out that candles should not be lit, but in the rush of an effective shot I did not think about it and I was knocked down by the fact that the candles were burned out and they were set on fire before me. When I asked the administrator why candles were lit before me, I got the answer that: This is a common problem for us, many set them on fire, then get a fine!
The question arises, if the administration knows about this problem, why not warn before entering the hall that candles cannot be burned????!
Or is this such an additional way to earn money from a photo studio???!!!
When asked to show me a record where I am told that open fire is prohibited, I was not provided with a record.
I understand that I am to blame, but the mood was spoiled, there is no desire to return to this place anymore, and I will not recommend it to my friends!

I really liked the Neodem photo studio. Nice staff. An hour before the photo shoot, a dressing room, tea, coffee are provided. There is air conditioning in the hall.

A great studio with a large selection of rooms. Pleasant administrators, called to confirm the recording within a day and clarified which light sources would be needed. There is free tea/coffee (3in1)/ water at the reception, but I was surprised by the cost of coffee beans (around 6-7 rubles a cup)

There are many halls (10+), but there is only one hall with a cyclorama.
Prices are above average.
There is a rental of clothes, you can rent a carnival costume of a member, but the size is small, you will be careful.

But I take off the star for the fact that after you need to not just put everything in place, but up to a centimeter and all the details, otherwise you will encounter a dissatisfied face of the staff. OK, but it seems to me it's the administrator's job to correct if some little thing is on the wrong shelf.

The dressing room and halls with interiors are 5 points, but the hall on the 3rd floor with ordinary backgrounds and a toilet (especially) leaves much to be desired, unfortunately, a maximum of 3 points. In addition, it was unbearably cold in the hall, and the small heater did not save at all.
The steamer in the dressing room worked only in one mode.

The dressing rooms are very comfortable. There is a separate room where you can safely change clothes.
The only thing I would like is more garbage cans. At least small ones on the table, so as not to look for where to throw out cotton pads / napkins and so on

We were in the halls of Carbon (Gothic style) and Neon! The interior rooms are great!!! The only thing that upset me was that the air conditioner in Neon was not working properly (they offered a floor fan and it was still uncomfortable with the window open)
