A great place for any age group.
Our ritual is to visit this institution after the Sled, in which (the Sled) I strongly recommend ordering Only Boats and lemonade in glass. In the Penguin opposite there is a dessert place. Coffee, Ice cream and cocktails are always on top. The cakes are the freshest: meringue roll (my favorite weakness), baskets with custard and fresh berries (well, just lovely).
Ice cream is a separate and most important part of this institution (it was in my "Soviet" childhood) it was here that I was fed ice cream because I was not allergic to this product alone, it was here that I bought "warm ice cream" if there was a threat of a cold, it was here that my throat hardened and ice cream became a special product for me. This place became the ancestor of Ice Cream for many people and has been preserved to this day, but from the traditional here and now there are creamers and serving, this is a fact, but not a reproach.
Everyone goes to the Penguin for cakes and a photo with the main character of the institution, the Penguin Philosopher.
