I went to this salon for about 4 years. There are basically no complaints about the manicure and pedicure itself (there were several times that the varnish did not dry out well; once I ran into a not very experienced, though diligent, master who pierced 2 fingers, one so that it healed for 2 weeks). But in general, Pinky employs very good and experienced professionals, and in 4 years of service, mistakes can be learned from everyone. But I decided not to visit the salon anymore, not because of them, but because of the lack of customer orientation of the management and specifically the administrator Olga. Over time, beautiful rubs disappeared from Pinky, the number of decorative tops and sequins was greatly reduced, I asked why, they answered me that mostly customers do not really like designs. The last straw was today's visit, when in response to the question "tea/coffee?" I asked for rooibos (which appeared and was absent from the salon), the receptionist scolded me directly: "There is no Rooibos and there will not be, and there has been no buckwheat tea for more than two years." There is nothing to be proud of, that the salon cannot buy a simple herbal tea that a regular and loyal customer likes and asks for. And in general, it doesn't go through any gates when the administrator starts scolding the client and saying, "Why should this tea be? And by what right do you make a remark to us about these teas? And this is generally a free treat at the discretion of the salon." I had heard rumors before that several regular customers had left because of the rudeness of the administrator, but I thought it was purely gossip, how do you have to be rude to leave the salon with good craftsmen? Now I understand these clients perfectly.

A very mixed opinion about the salon. On the one hand, there are excellent craftsmen who do their work quickly and efficiently. On the other hand, an incompetent, absolutely not customer-oriented receptionist girl.
The price for a manicure is higher than the average in the city for such salons. So I would really like the management to pay attention to the administrator who does not make concessions to clients, does not know how to negotiate and, to put it mildly, causes discomfort when communicating. I know several girls who stopped visiting the salon simply because of an unpleasant admin. But, I repeat, their masters are excellent.
