I visited this place for the first time yesterday, and I really liked it!!
Of the advantages: well, a very cozy courtyard with a European atmosphere, the veranda is decorated unusually and very beautifully, smiling and pleasant waiters, delicious desserts (I liked Pavlova - they have a light and not very sweet dessert with berries and mango sauce).
Of the cons: there is 1 female and 1 male stall in the toilet, there is a queue on weekends, and a slightly overpriced menu, but I think you can pay extra for the atmosphere)
Greek salad + fresh fruit + dessert came out 50 rubles.
It is mandatory to book a table on weekends, as everything is busy.
Conclusion: if you haven't been here yet, the weather is 20+ degrees outside, you want to go somewhere, comfortably and beautifully sit and talk with your loved ones, and at the same time walk around the center of Minsk, and you are ready to spend your money - book a table and welcome to Pinky!

We've been planning to visit this Instagram restaurant for a long time. Objectively, the best photo zone in Minsk. A beautiful courtyard, a cozy atmosphere in the institution itself. Very helpful, friendly service. The Portuguese wine is of excellent quality, as is the lemonade. We didn't quite understand the Caesar salad with artichokes. Apparently they expected more. The serving is not bad, the portion is huge. There was not enough interesting sauce, and apparently artichokes are not our option. I hope the next time we come back, our gastronomic experience will be more successful.

Hello everyone, usually when my beloved wife and I come for a walk to another city (we are from Gomel ourselves) we choose an interesting place for breakfast / lunch. This time we decided to visit Pinky Bandinsky, the place is just gorgeous, we even felt like we were not in Belarus, but somewhere in Europe. The first thing that surprised me was the SINCERELY smiling staff, it is very rare to find a sincere smile. The atmosphere is amazing. We weren't particularly hungry, but we took pancakes with salmon to eat, and I took buckwheat with poached egg. Yeah, of course I didn't think that food with such simple products could be so delicious. We definitely recommend you to visit. But there is one drawback, a parking space, but the weather is fine - we took a walk! And many thanks to the administrator Marina, for us she seemed to be the standard of how a real administrator should behave

A great place to gather a large or small company. I liked the patio the most, which will make you feel comfortable even in the rain. The musical accompaniment does not interfere with conversations among themselves at all. The food is delicious, the drinks are decent (moderately strong, too much ice (subjective opinion)), the service is fast and at a high level, the staff is responsive and friendly. We arrived and a great surprise awaited us, our seats were taken! But the receptionist, I didn't remember the girl's name, escorted us to a separate room. It was great! Upholstered sofas, armchairs, entourage and dim lights! Vladislav accompanied us all evening. A person who knows his business, is tactful, polite and, most importantly, knows how to correctly suggest a choice.

Croutons are 10/10 and this is the majority opinion. If you want to know why, just order!
Cocktails (currant 7/10, passion fruit 10/10 excellent balance, gin and tonic 8/10)
Kiev cutlet 9/10 excellent serving, taste, side dish
Salads Greek style and with shrimp 9/10
Crab something 8/10 is a subjective opinion, since the cold ones liked it more
Of course, desserts. Everyone took a Basque cheesecake and it got an average score of 9/10
If we evaluate everything together, then I highly recommend getting into a separate room and enjoying your company. The staff did a great job, just like last time. The atmosphere was a plus. The price is adequate for such an evening of 75 rubles.

The place is cozy and pleasant to the eye! The staff is polite. The food is delicious! Borscht with apples and prunes! Salad with shrimp, pancakes with fish - everything is very tasty! I really liked the famous passion fruit cocktail (I don't remember the name).
Of the disadvantages: the toilet is not cleaned during the day. And by the evening it is unpleasant, to put it mildly, there are no hygiene items, the trash can is overflowing. It certainly spoils the impression. Perhaps this is not always the case. In general, I recommend an interesting place to visit!

Pinky was visited on the recommendation of the owner of the apartment in the center of Minsk (Nemiga), there were many establishments within walking distance, but we decided to take the advice "where to have dinner".. The cold reception at the entrance of the hostess girls with a third full hall surprised, but did not confuse. Although, for getting to know Minsk and Belarus, warm empathy in all food establishments has become mainstream. We (a family of 3 people) obediently went to the designated place, received the menu and almost immediately realized that it would be extremely inconvenient to work with devices on a low sofa with a coffee table.
Next, our natural request to transplant (I repeat, the hall was empty for 2/3), and the hostess's answer "only for an hour" put everything in place.. I probably wanted to evaluate the kitchen and the entire service, so we stayed. It was delicious (pumpkin soup with shrimp, tuna tartare, mushroom risotto, shrimp popcorn, churros, drinks..), but the portions are extremely small. The waiter tried to smooth out the impression, but with such a landing, they served for a long time anyway. In general, I don't think our recommendation was wrong, you can have dinner at this restaurant. The question is the mutual desire of the parties. The interior looks interesting.

This is just an amazing place! I found it by chance from some article on the Internet while I was visiting Minsk.
Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! The concept, the staff, which can be very interesting to immerse in the history of the institution and the building in which it is located. The atmosphere is wow! It turned out that every season the guys change the exterior of the veranda, which definitely deserves special admiration, there is so much human labor in this.
The staff is amazing, they paid exactly as much attention as our company needed. No unnecessary questions and gestures, everything is very clear, competent and high-quality.
Delicious food and amazing music.

But there was one caveat. The company arrived on Friday, May 10th. The institution was open from 12, on a weekday schedule, like the whole of Belarus itself. And the menu was brought to us on the weekend 🤷♀️

We visited the place in the evening, had dinner at the bar. Everything was pleasant enough. Bartenders Nikita and Andrey were very impressed. The guys are funny, they talked a lot and great about cocktails and drinks that are offered. Try their super pumpkin cocoa, the food and desserts are also at a high level. The place is undoubtedly very beautiful. I am glad that the interior is adjusted to the season. I saw the autumn one with pumpkins, and the winter one with lovely Christmas trees, and the summer version with charming greenery. A very instagrammable place! That's where the advantages ended)
I personally didn't like the food. For example, from a recent one: the poke was completely tasteless, with water (!!!!!) at the bottom of the plate. I haven't seen this anywhere else, maybe this is a feature of the institution? But even the water in the plate did not save the dish from dryness, since the nut dressing, which I was told about on Instagram personally, and the waiter, does not feel at all from the word, because it seems to be gone. Or maybe she went to the bottom of a plate of water. But churros brightened up the overall impression, as the cream was good. Overall, I was very upset, as poke is my favorite dish. But in order to drink coffee in a beautiful place, you can come and sit on the balcony of the second floor, the interior inside does not deserve special comments.

In almost every institution, if there is one, I take tartar for a sample. There was a great beef tartare, the best I've ever tasted. It is served with French fries with truffle, there is no truffle, the potatoes were soft, but the tartar itself is beyond praise. Kiev cutlet with green salad and avocado, gorgeous! It is served on toast so that when cut, the oil that flows out of the cutlet is absorbed. The breadcrumbs are thin and super crispy, the butter inside is with spinach and garlic, the avocado in the salad is tender.
The service is excellent, they will tell you about cocktails. The food was taken out to my husband and me at the same time, for this a separate plus.
Beautiful interior, the terrace has its own Vibe.
The only thing that spoiled the impression a little was that the cocktail was a little too well made, with a thick piece of orange.

As an example, a visitor was sitting alone at a huge table, and we, a large company, were offered to sit at a small coffee table without an awning in 30 degree heat.
The prices for the dishes are incredibly high, even in Sicily itself - lower.

The service is fast, without complaints. Lunch menu at reasonable prices.I tried risotto for the first time. In fact, ground stuffed pepper, I thought it would be in pieces. I do not like stuffed pepper, so I could not appreciate the dish, but the rice in the dish is very good. The visitors are mostly young people, mostly girls. Do you like trendy places? The atmosphere - the reviews are fair here, it is cozy, especially in the dark with lighting, a peculiar interior. Although I would like to limit the view from the terrace to the garages.
The kitchen is a failure. The menu is not too varied, there are few snacks, and what was ordered (tasteless salad, dry tongue, sour potatoes) is not tasty, for a long time, with a price tag above average. The cocktails are good. According to observations, visitors come either for a drink or a snack with burgers, not here for good cuisine.
There was no desire to return, there are better places.

A very tasty and beautiful place! We got to them thanks to the New Year's photo zone, well done, gorgeous. It would be possible to sell mulled wine there) there was also a gorgeous installation in the restaurant itself (I'm a fan of New Year's decor).
Everyone liked the food, I will note the salmon appetizer with capers - I really liked it, the combinations are balanced in taste. The portions are quite generous, the cocktails are delicious.
I also liked that the appearance of a DJ did not interfere with communication, the music volume was adequate.
I will be in Minsk - I will definitely come back!
