I was looking for a sofa, the choice of sofas is large, the location from the larger one is normal, the parking is large. But here's the maintenance.. they answered the questions in monosyllables, I did not see any interest in the order, they did not explain the fabrics, but simply showed where the samples hang. There seemed to be a lot of consultants, but despite the weekday daytime and few clients made a chilly appearance and ran around the hall. I attribute everything to the Soviet trade education of sellers. To rejuvenate the staff.

We wanted to buy a bed on Saturday, we chose a model. We were sent to another store where there is such a bed in stock. The woman worked in that store for the second day and barely understood how to use the program. As a result, 3 hours of torment and we get to the warehouse after paying for the bed and mattress. But that was not the case, two large holes in the packaging immediately caught my eye, I opened it to look, and the headboard was damaged by something. We asked to pick up the exhibition bed, which was refused by the management, allegedly there is no loader who can disassemble it. We had the tools, and the purchase receipt, too, but they didn't let us sort it out ourselves. After the refund, we went to another pinskdrev store, where they refused to sell us the same bed from the warehouse because there was no one to take it out. On Sunday, we went to another pinskdrev store near the MKAD at the exit to the lake, immediately showed this bed and what we were ready to buy. After that, we were given to understand that they should not be touched on weekends. They say there are no movers, there is no warehouse for you here, in general, order online and they will bring you. In the end, we went to a nearby furniture store and found an even better bed there than it was in pinskdreve)

Frankly, I do not understand so many laudatory reviews about this store. We were "lucky" to encounter a complete lack of service as such. Quite a long time ago, we picked up a sofa through the website, came to the store to choose the upholstery and place an order. Twice we turned to an unoccupied manager in the hall with an absolutely direct and understandable intention to purchase, but both times the manager left us after a couple of minutes, leaving us the "opportunity" to dig ourselves among the fabric materials, which we completely do not understand. She told us the collections suitable for stitching the chosen sofa and left without even trying to show the slightest bit of interest in us as customers. We didn't try any further and just left, quite angry, to be honest.
Management definitely needs to pay attention to the competencies of employees and tell them what customer orientation is, since they do not understand this. For a sofa that costs far from 500 rubles, it was very unpleasant to receive such a "service". At least the manufacturer has lost us as customers.

Probably the largest store at pinskdrev? And I am glad for the domestic producers. If 3 years ago, when buying a sofa, I did not even consider them, then today I would have bought 5 models. And my delight was caused by the cabinet furniture - the color, textures and models of the tower, which cannot be said about the kitchens-not one of the presented ones was not impressed.

It turned out that sellers are not interested in customers and just sit out their time at work, 5 minutes of consultation, when asked what else can you advise from the category of such a sofa that I liked, the consultant replied there is nothing more. You don't need to be a great mathematician to understand that the difference in 2p is not 30%. We bought a sofa from this manufacturer in Tver. A sofa with a marriage was brought on time in a month, a part was burst in the seat and the scratched legs were covered with scratches with varnish. They were sent to replace it. We waited another 43 days. As a result, the same sofa was brought. The legs are all scratched and only the crack was filled with glue. The manufacturer does not bother about the quality of the products. As a result, we lost almost 3 months of time and ruined our nerves. I'm thinking of contacting Rospotrebnadzor.

On the 1st floor there is cheap furniture, there is not much to look at. The second floor is mostly an array. There is a choice, but I couldn't find a table that fits my size. I wanted to buy 2 cabinets, I waited for about 20 minutes for sure, but the consultant girls could not spare time (there were 2 people for the whole hall) on a weekday... As a result, I went to Molodechnomebel and bought cabinets better in design and price.
