I wanted to order a kitchen. I signed up for the calculation of the project at the store on Ilyich Street (because an employee got sick on Mazurov and no one replaces him). As a result, 3 hours of time to nowhere. I came from the other end of the city, they told me you know the seller who is not engaged in kitchens, but we will try to count for you. The seller spent 2 hours trying to make a kitchen project, he TRIED! As a result, they did not even calculate its cost. They said that tomorrow is the whole weekend, and they don't know who will be doing your kitchen. Well, maybe in a couple of days someone will deign to count. They are not interested in their customers at all. horror. ROSEATING!!!!

I want to thank the employees of the store. On December 22, delivery of the sofa was ordered. But by the end of the day, it turned out that the car had broken down. For certain reasons, it was difficult for us to postpone the delivery to another day. But thanks to the store's staff, the problem was quickly solved. In March 2022, we ordered furniture from this manufacturer through a dealer network located in Kaluga and having an extensive retail network in Moscow.
The choice fell on this manufacturer only because we ourselves are Belarusians and at one time, living in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, we bought Pinskdrev furniture and the quality of the furniture produced at that time was not bad. But it seems that over time, everything has changed and no one thinks about the quality of products now, although there is an OTC at the factory, and each product has a passport with a personal mark of an OTC employee, but it clearly does not fulfill its function.
The factory's motto today is that we made it, from what happened and how it turned out, so accept it.
I will not describe the name of the products that we had the temerity to purchase, I will only say that it was Alesi's collection, Madeleine's sofa (there are no complaints about it) and 6 chairs with identical upholstery, like a sofa + 2 mattresses.
After signing the contract and making an advance payment, approximately 60 days later the furniture was ready for shipment. At the time of signing the contract, we wrote an application for the storage of furniture in the Balabanovo warehouse until mid-July, until the renovation of the house is completed.
After agreeing on the date, delivery was scheduled for July 28, 2022.
From the specification, for more than 13 positions!!! 50% of the furniture was not accepted due to significant defects. An act of complaint was drawn up and the defective furniture went back.
The second attempt at furniture delivery was scheduled for August 7, 2022, and again a complaint act was drawn up for 4 items of furniture with unacceptable defects.

On September 4, 2022, the remaining 3 items of the product were accepted. Chairs in the amount of 3 pieces left again for revision.
The fittings (if you can call it that) are of questionable quality, the texture of the wood on the doors next to each other is not sustained, the carved elements are not processed, etc.
On our part, a claim was written and sent to the dealer with whom we have a contract for the payment of a penalty. In his reply letter to the claim, the dealer admitted a violation of the terms of the contract, but unilaterally decided to reduce the amount of the penalty by more than 50%, arguing that they could not pay such a penalty amount and in general they were not manufacturers.
As of 11.09.2022, the contract has not been fulfilled in full, the next delivery date of the defective chairs is unknown.
Now we will avoid Pinskdrev furniture and certainly will NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

As in all Pinskdrev stores, furniture prices are very high. The quality of their products has deteriorated markedly, and there are many refunds. The possibility of installments for 24 months and a 10% discount when calculating immediately, speaks only of a large margin on the product used in the store. Sellers do not know the full range of products.

Pinsk drevodel products store. They do things at home and bring them here, what they do, they bring! Decent furniture is observed in this one-and-a-half-story room (see photo). There are, among other things, products made of solid wood. A good competitor to a local manufacturer of cabinet interior elements. If this furniture store does not move, I will buy something (so far there was no need).
