We visited this institution on August 23, 2023. We ordered fried potatoes and two cans of non-alcoholic beer. They brought 0 wheat to the Baltic. Later in the bill, we were given a Budweiser non-alcoholic beer of 0.33 for 1,930 tenge. When asked by the waiter Olzhan why another beer is indicated, he replied that they do not have Baltic beer on the menu and they always punch it like that. By the way, other brands of craft beer on the menu are 2 times cheaper for the same volume. We paid off the bill by giving all the cash we had, about 100 tenge was not enough. They were "forgiven" to us. The pub is generally cool, but the sediment remains, because it's not good to deceive guests. It was the first time we were in this city and that's the impression now.

After ordering, the waitress brought: a bottle of 1L sprite, juice in a package of 1L glasses and an open bottle.beer, after which she left without even taking the menu from the table. It wasn't difficult for us, we opened it and poured it ourselves, although it's strange that she didn't even offer to do it. Of the ordered 4 mountains.only 3 dishes were brought. We waited at least 25...30 minutes. During all this time, no one came up to us. That is, neither the dishes were cleaned, nor the dish was brought. They asked to call our waitress 2 times. When I finally came, I was asked about the 4th dish - "the kitchen got mixed up, wait a bit more." The dish was brought. The taste and color, as they say... we got exactly 50/50, and with a cardinal difference in grades. At the very beginning, I ordered dessert, but they didn't bring it, well, no one cleaned the dirty plates. Why I'm writing about this: all the time we were there, all the waiters were sitting at their table and talking, they didn't go into the hall. Of the 5 occupied, by the end of our visit, the tables for 3, the guests were actively outraged by the complete lack of service. In the end, we tried 2 more times to call the waiter through the rare staff passing by - 2 times they just openly lied to us. As a result: our waiter "forgot to put dessert in the program " and offered to wait a little longer. We refused and asked for the bill. I couldn't keep silent for 10% for the "service" and it's not about the amount. The administrator was called, everything that was happening was described and the "service " was removed from us, because it really did not exist in this institution.
