One of the alleged bedrooms in the deluxe double room (appreciate the irony) is a small walk-through corridor without windows and air conditioning. When we indicated at check-in that this was not stated in the description of the room, we were told that we had to ask and that we could leave if something did not suit us. And it should have been done so - if not money, then nerves would have been saved. And then the fun began - either because of a booking failure, or for some other reason, two guests were indicated in our booking instead of four. We were told: just change the number of guests in the booking, no extra charges. Two days later they said: the surcharge is 120 euros (the difference in the booking system for the same number for our period is 23 euros). If this had been announced from the very beginning, then, of course, we would not have stayed in this stuffy passage corridor. We tried to negotiate all the remaining days, in the end we agreed to pay 45 euros in cash. But - tadam! - these lovely smiling people took 120 euros from my card too. And, of course, they immediately stopped responding to messages. I'm still texting with booking support (take checks from this hotel for any cash payment!)
Sorry for the wasted nerves and spoiled mood.

We rested for a week in mid-November with a family of 4 people. A 2-room room on the 3rd floor. We contacted the hotel in advance and asked for single blankets for double beds. There were no problems.
The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, the linen is normal.
The TV was not working on arrival. The next day, the TV was fixed. However, we watched it once afterwards.
There is a kitchen corner with a certain set of dishes, a kettle. There were no tiles initially. At the request, an electric stove was immediately brought. But it was practically not used.
The outlet in the kitchen was not rigidly fixed in the wall. But it worked properly.
The shower stall was seriously leaking. This was solved by placing a foot towel on the floor and periodically wringing it out.
That is, there were disadvantages, but they are not significant and can be solved if desired.
Our friends lived in the same room on the second floor. There's a better room. But their price for it turned out to be a little higher.
Room cleaning is moderate. But we didn't need to have our beds made and towels changed every day. It's unnecessary for us.
In fact, they only slept in the room, so they did not impose strict criteria on him.
This is not the first time in Istanbul. The location was presented in advance. The place is quiet, the sights are nearby.
The breakfasts are decent. They take place on the top of the terrace. Terrace with sliding glazing. The weather was good. Therefore, everything was a pleasure.
In the evening, you could sit on the terrace with friends with your food and drink.
We took the morning flight. We left the hotel at 6:30. We didn't have time to have breakfast. They made us sandwiches, sweets, juice...
the hosts are very friendly people. They're great. Thanks to them.
It was about 19-20 degrees outside during the day, about 12-13 at night. So the air conditioner was not used. I can't say anything about his performance.
The value for money in this hotel is excellent. You can book directly.
Our friends and I liked the PiPort. We can recommend it. If we are going to Istanbul again, then this hotel will be the first candidate for accommodation.

It is a pity that Booking hid my review as "untrue". Such a situation could not have occurred to me. I stayed at the hotel from 25.09 to 02.10. The vaunted hostess Lola is very friendly until you say that you are dissatisfied with something. In short, when she asked me why I was in a bad mood and received the answer that my shower hadn't worked for two days and I really wanted to wash up, she didn't even make a scandal. It was a tantrum with insults and humiliations. I was also asked several times to leave the hotel if something did not suit me. She allowed herself not only to shout at the whole hotel, but also to throw my things in a pile. All this was in front of my daughter and strangers, because when Lola burst into my room, she didn't even close the door behind her. At the same time, I was also called a prostitute!!! To say that I was shocked is to say nothing. It's good that her daughter came running to the screams and just covered me with herself. I am 50 years old and I came to Istanbul for a few days with my sick daughter to see the sights and just walk around the city. On the very first day, an earthquake occurred and none of the hosts even asked how their guests felt after such joy. But there were so many emotions when they were told that it would not hurt to wash up already. I'm already silent about the lack of handles on some cabinets, burnt sockets, the lack of a promised bottle of water and daily cleaning. No one even took out the garbage. These are such small things. By the way, I had a whole package stolen there with various women's things (varnishes, gels, ......). The owners did not even react to my news in any way. I do not know whether to recommend visiting this hotel or not. But I don't even want to remember my visit to PiPort.
