It's perfect place for dinner or date with your girlfriend, personnel perfectly understand English, i really want to thank Alina and Alexandra for translating in English everything for us. In Belarus it is really hard to find a place where you can enjoy food without language problems and "Pekarni Pirogova" is the best place for it

The place is pleasant, beautiful, quite cozy, with a large selection of dishes. But the staff leaves much to be desired. I was there in a big company, we sat for quite a long time. I had to leave earlier and I waited quite a long time for the waiter to pay off. Since she was nowhere to be found, I just left the money to my friends and ran about my business, to which the waitress runs out and asks if I paid, will someone else pay for me? It was strange and rather dismissive, considering that I had been waiting for her for more than 10 minutes. (it was in the morning, besides our company there was one visitor)

The place is cozy, but noisy, and some tables are either too close or in the aisle. The price for the children's room is definitely +, but the menu is for 4. We booked a table for 10, in the end only 8 could comfortably fit. The service was normal, the guy wrote everything down, clarified, answered all questions and could give advice. However, many items in the menu were missing. We tried the quiche with prosciutto - it's salty and the dough looks like it's layered, the pies are a little better, but the base is margarine. There was a good piece of shell in the walnut dessert, and miraculously the tooth remained intact. To which the waiter (already different) said; well, yes, it's unpleasant, I'll give the feedback (to whom, my dentist??). In general, if there are no nuances, then it's not bad if I'm lucky, as I don't want to go a second time.

Sometimes I order cakes with delivery, everything in the restaurant on Rakovskaya is very stylish and beautiful, the desserts are delicious.
But the service is bad (the waiters came several times), then the order was confused, then they carried it for a long time, then you have to wait a long time until they come to you. In general, this point needs to be finalized. I'm shooting a star for this.

We've already been with a girl a couple of times. I decided to leave a review this time. There are no questions about cooking and quality, everything was great, the chefs are excellent, I would like to have such a chef in the kitchen. To perform the same delicious and harmonious dishes.
For desserts, too, everything is excellent, we took pancakes, of a normal size. The amount of dressing (jam) and filling on condensed milk is enough to keep it dry. We also took udon with shrimps, the pasta is very well made, the number of shrimps is proportional to the portion of noodles.
Benedict with salmon is very tasty, the size of the toast is impressive, and when you pop the yolk from the egg and start eating it all with the fish, it 's just a head break.
Tea in the kettle and coffee are also well prepared and served.
The only problem is the maintenance staff. I didn't remember his name, but this friend often uses "I understand that..." in his speech, and off he went. I took a berry cake and cappuccino, nothing unusual, like. The cafe was recommended by friends, they said that there are great desserts here – but, frankly, the sponge cake in the cake is completely dry, it is already crumbling. And it wasn't evening yet, it was whole, I took the first piece. The cake held its shape solely because of the sticky raspberry layer on the outside. I won't say it's tasteless, but yesterday I went to a random bakery near the Town Hall and everything was very fresh in the evening.
The design of the cafe is really pleasant, the music is well chosen. I had no problems with the staff – everything was brought quickly, but I also paid for everything in advance, so I didn't have to wait after. To sit cleanly in a pleasant atmosphere – yes, but I didn't like the desserts here. I hope it's just me and everything else that's fresh.

The communication is disgusting, I've been trying to contact the bakery administration for almost a month to send a job review. I've already written to three emails, on Instagram, and on the website, I tried to leave a review. There is no answer, they communicate rudely on Instagram. I live in Brest, and sometimes when I visit Minsk, I order pies from you. This happens very rarely, but I like pies and there have been no complaints before.
On February 7, I decided to support my friends in Minsk during a difficult period of their lives by ordering pies for them. To surprise them and make it clear why the pies came to them at all, I found out in advance when they would be at home and decided to write words of support on the postcard. But everything went wrong, as I agreed with the managers of your bakery.
To begin with, I will say that the site does not provide for the possibility to order someone as a gift at all, there is only the opportunity to write a comment, which I did, but they did not read it carefully and I had to explain over the phone who the delivery was to and whose number to call. Secondly, there is no way to choose what I want to add to the order with a postcard. Even if I wrote this in a comment, the postcard costs 1 ruble, and the site does not calculate this, which means I cannot pay for the order correctly. Thirdly, nothing is clear about the choice of delivery. Not living in Minsk, I have no idea how many kilometers from the MKAD is the building where the order will be sent. Therefore, there is simply no automation of the order through the website. As a result, I was billed again after talking on the phone. But if they talked to me quite nicely and sympathetically on the day of the order, then on the second day I was unlucky. You could also put a heart-shaped pie on the site, which was very helpful. But I was told on the phone that such a pie would be available only on February 13th. I think it was worth at least adding it to the description or not giving it the opportunity to put it in the basket.
But the most unpleasant thing happened next. The time I arranged for delivery with the manager was from 7 to 9 p.m., as no one would be home until 5 p.m. For some reason, the courier called an unsuspecting person at 4 p.m. and asked about the pie delivery, since the person did not know about the delivery at all, he did not understand anything and adjusted. When the pies arrived, there was no postcard with the text. In other words, the whole point of support was lost altogether, and people were looking for who had sent them the pies and why. I called the bakery and asked where the postcard was. I was told that they forgot to put it down. I asked for a postcard anyway, maybe the courier will be nearby. I was told that there are no more orders for today. They can refund a ruble for a postcard or give 10% on the next order. This, of course, would absolutely not solve the spoiled surprise, but the girl on the phone clearly didn't give a damn about it. Okay, I asked for a discount for the person the order was for, not me. But the girl said they didn't have that at all. It's just that the next time I or someone makes an order, remind them of this situation and tell them that we promised to make a discount.
I don't even know what to say. I didn't care anymore, and then the connection was lost, I don't know for what reason. I am extremely angry and dissatisfied with the service. I don't even know if the pies were delicious, because I don't want to bring it up with my friends at all.

The top coffee shop in the city of M🤗 Pastries, desserts, coffee - everything is on the level and at reasonable prices.
Drinks: the coffee is brewed well, it gives off a little bitterness in the aftertaste, the foam is lush, rich. I also recommend that you try cocoa from them, which is also very quite yourself.
Desserts: they make themselves, classic desserts and all sorts of delights in the form of mousse cakes.
Staff: friendly baristas and waiters, always prompt and tell you what to take.
Atmosphere: factory industrial style with plush armchairs and cozy sofas.
The menu is changed every season, and accordingly the decoration of the hall always looks magical (for both children and adults).
P.s. If you plan to purposefully visit the Bakery, it is better to call the cafe in advance (you can find the phone at their inste) and book a table - they have a full house in the evenings and weekends.
