If there is no video recording, then briefly about what happened. 08/10/2024 on Kamennaya Gorka, an order was made for 2 servings of classic shawarma for 7.90 rubles (medium size), with a request not to add vegetables to one of them. Payment for the order in the amount of 15.80 rubles was made, check No. 436413. While waiting in line, we were in the room all the time, we saw the manufacturing process. When the order was announced to us, I asked the cashier if she was sure that our order was fulfilled (because it was clear that the shawarma without vegetables was NOT cooked). The cashier replied confidently, "Yes." I insisted that she check with the employee. She turned to him, and he hesitated, and then replied that he would redo it. At the same time, there was not even a hint of an apology from any of them. After waiting in line once more, I watched the re-cooking. The employee took only 1 pita bread (more is supposed to be in a serving for 7.90) and put the amount of meat as it is put in a small portion, while not using the scales. I reminded the EMC that we ordered a medium size, not a small one. To this, he replied that the difference between small and medium is only in the amount of vegetables (!). It is quite obvious that the employee made a small shawarma and decided not to admit his mistake. Hoping for the reputation of your establishment, I asked the cashier: "Answer honestly, are you really giving us an order for 7.90 now?" And she answered without batting an eye: "Honestly," and turned to the employee; "Did you do it at 7.90?". Your employee replied: "Yes, I weighed it" (although he DID NOT WEIGH THE MEAT AND DID NOT INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF PITA BREAD).
Let the overpaid money and the deception of your employees remain on your conscience, and honest buyers will be aware of the situation at your point.

Самая вкусная шаурма. Не могу пройти мимо, даже если не голодна. Всегда берём шаурму только в " Pita Grill ". Что ещё радует - всегда очень вежливый персонал .
Но сегодня получилось небольшое разочарование. Брали две шаурмы в сырном лаваше , а получили в обычном. Возможно сырные закончились, но мы предупреждены об этом не были. Брали с собой, поэтому обнаружили только по приходу домой. Это было под конец дня , ребята устали, понять можно , но хотелось бы чтобы Вы и по-прежнему никогда нас больше не разочаровывали и всегда были внимательнее к заказу. 28 августа.
Хотелось бы снять звезду, но думаю больше такого не повторится.

I often take shawarma from them, and in comparison with analogues, it is very decent. I have never noticed an underweight, always 50-100 grams more in weight, there is enough meat, the sauce is delicious, everything is as it should be and nothing superfluous. It also works until 23:00, which is also very important, because it's hard to find a place to eat after 22:00.

Yesterday I was in this shawarma shop, the service and communication with customers is terrible ... while I was standing in line, the Yandex Food courier came to pick up the order, as I realized during the conversation, the administrator confirmed in the application that the order was ready, although they did not start doing it, which is why the courier had penalty minutes. After the administrator and cook Ahmad told the courier to wait, in front of him and other visitors, they began to discuss the courier in a very ugly way. When the order was finally given, the receptionist told the courier, "let's get out of here." The courier answered her, which is why the inadequate cook Ahmad started shouting and ran out after the courier, started pushing him out, using obscene language and threatening to "kick his head like a football" and so on. After that, he started provoking the courier to a fight, called him to go outside and fight, but he did not respond to these provocations and tried to solve everything adequately.
In general, I do not advise anyone to visit this institution, because if you try to defend your point of view and prove something to them, you will be furiously attacked and covered with obscenities…

In this institution, only one thing is fine - shawarma cooked by Ahmad. I've been coming here for a whole year and managed to make friends with Ahmad, a very pleasant and friendly person, I don't understand the whiners who humiliate him. But lately, Ahmad has become less frequent for unknown reasons, and his colleague in the "cap" either does not know how to make shawarma, or is deaf - you ask him not to put cabbage in the shawarma, but on the contrary, he heaps it on you so that you won't even feel the meat, while even taking into account the presence of cabbage, I paid 9.90 for 650 grams, got barely 500 (weighed at home) rather than Ahmad, who even turns a 500-gram shawarma into a kilogram one, so it's more difficult to catch Ahmad, and I put a place less often.
Also, the boorish cashier is sometimes confused (plump, well, or just broad bones), I personally had no conflicts with her, but her condition of a typical emergency sometimes pushes away anything at all to order, when a client can approach with a claim of one or another, leaves with nothing and she will still cover him with mats in the back (and is it permissible?), I think a statement to the police will help her.
That's all for now, I recommend coming here ONLY if Ahmad works, in other cases it's better to visit the neighboring Turmeric or Papa Doner

Очень жалею только об одном, что раньше не решался посетить данное заведение. Особенно хочеться отметить , что в любой другой шаурмешной "королевские" делают самыми небрежными, накидывают всё что попало для веса , здесь же настолько всё гармонично: лаваш не рвётся, мяса не жалеют, соус выше всех похвал, персонал харизматичный и приветливый. Однозначно рекомендую посетить данное заведение.

Моё любимое место с шаурмой на Каменной горке и во всем Минске. Хожу сюда с открытия и ни разу не разочаровался.
На выбор готовят шаурму, донеры, питу, есть комплексные обеды, напитки. Время ожидания обычно от 5 до 15 минут.
Персонал приветливый, всегда рады видеть гостей.
Ахмат делает очень вкусно!
P. S. Помните, что плохие отзывы на эмоциях все любят писать, а хорошие — нет.

Прекрасное заведение, удобно расположено, накладывают как себе, всегда вкусно. Персонал добрый и приветливый. Единственное к чему можно придраться, это маленькое помещение, на фоне популярности места, иногда бывают моменты, когда людей просто под завязку

Сам работал в заведениях подобного плана с 19 года по настоящее время и знаю что и как готовится. Так вот, здесь самая вкусная шаурма (Донер) из всех, что я пробовал. И не важно что вы возьмёте (меню позволяет выбрать продукт на любой вкус), если вы почитаете меню и выберете правильно, вы останетесь довольны на 100 процентов.

Пока что лучшая шаурма Минска. Всегда готовят быстро, повара отлично видно, можно наблюдать за процессом готовки, также весьма приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Радует широкий выбор продукции и низкие для Минска цены.

Вкусная шаурма с отличным обслуживанием на кассе. Отличный харизматичный повар, видно что любит свое дело.
Шаурма большая (кажется даже, что больше по граммам, чем указано), вкусная, соуса достаточно, он не льется в конце из всех дырок. По вкусу нестандартная, больше похожа на кебабы где-нибудь в Европе.

Столкнулся с неприятной ситуацией, причем не первый раз . Просишь питу фирменную, делают фирменную шаурму. Как я понимаю питы продают редко, поэтому постоянно шаурму выбивают. Вместо того чтобы исправить, девушка вступают в дискуссию. Просил одну выбила две чуть карточкой не оплатил. Не знаю, либо это я не везучий, либо дело в неквалифицированном работнике.

На двери этого заведения написано «Шаурма года» по версии Яндекс Еды - абсолютно не заслужено.
Ведь должно быть написано «Шаурма тысячелетия».
Даже не знаю с чего начать. Лаваша ни мало, ни много - его ровно столько, сколько нужно. Идеальный баланс между нежной оболочкой и хрустящим коконом для содержимого.
Мясо. Не пробовал курицу - но говядина с бараниной в Мясной - всегда просто изумительна. Не могу представить как его можно было бы ЕЩЕ больше положить - это и так основной по массе ингредиент. Соус, овощи - всего ровно столько, сколько нужно чтобы ощущалось и подчеркивало, но не так много - чтобы раздражать или перебивать вкус мяса.
Пока я это писал - я должен был половинку оставить своей девушке. Но видимо не сегодня, родная. Даже не смотря на фактический вес в 630 грамм вместо заявленных 550 в меню.
