A disgusting portal, there is no description of spare parts, no photos, if it says that there is a spare part, it does not mean that it actually exists, there is no understanding of what you are ordering. Many times, because I ordered from them, the car stood for almost a month, waiting for spare parts. I place an order, pay for it, as the product is registered, wait a week, a refusal comes (out of stock), then I re-order 3 times and nothing. Since the fourth time, I ordered almost three times more expensive. Managers frankly don't care about all the difficulties and problems with your order, they are completely indifferent!! I recently found a similar portal, but it's in Minsk, so the managers there are ready to deliver spare parts to Brest by any means and pay upon arrival, not like here, pay first, and then we'll think about whether this part exists or not and we won't tell you right away, but we'll keep it until the end of the waiting time and on the last day we'll inform you that it turns out to be Not at all!! (but you've already paid the money, and you can expect to get it back in about a week). In general, the last attempt to order through them was the last straw, it is generally better to order from China via Australia on your own than through them, you will have more confidence in the order!!!!!!

I have a lot of people), and the disgusting operation of the site led to a car downtime for 1.5 weeks.What's the problem:I ordered a spare part, wait 5-6 days, a refusal comes, I call the store, the answer is to re-order you ordered from a warehouse where 1 pc.Ok, I order a second time, where there are more than 40 of them (zh), again a refusal comes for two days, I call the office- the manager's response is with a hit, what are you calling for? read the rules of the site somewhere where it says everything that is more to wait 5-6. days requires prepayment.That is, for 13 days of waiting, they only told me that they needed an advance payment (the price of the product is 51 rubles), an extremely non-customer-oriented store (manager).I do not recommend the store, I ordered from another one where prepayment is not needed and all this gem.
