In my student years (20 years ago), it was a wonderful institution: design, high-level service. Now I would like to update the interior. After all, the cafe is located in the city center and it is necessary to create comfort in order to be competitive. One of the advantages is a gorgeous kitchen! Respect and thanks to the chefs. One of the disadvantages is the maintenance staff! Children love pizza, they have to come often. But the work of the staff leaves much to be desired: they are unfriendly, they forget to serve the whole order (then they forget about the drink, then French fries ...), they have to wait a long time for the waiter. And these cases happen every time. But the kitchen is great! I want to come and relax and have fun.

In the early noughties, my student years, there was no way to get there. The pizza was prepared by Italian chefs. It was so delicious, or we were so hungry. We were in Gomel with my wife, we decided to remember our youth. It would be better not to come in and leave warm memories. How to bring an order (two grilled steaks and grilled vegetables) in 40 minutes and cold on a weekday, provided that there were five people in the entire cafe, including the two of us. Five for the memories and a stake for the kitchen.

I went there because the grades were high. But I was very upset!I waited for the order for 30 minutes. About the same amount more - the bill. As a result, more than an hour of wasted time. The portions are large, yes (I didn't order pizza), but it's not particularly tasty. The coffee doesn't taste very good either. The decor on the plate (some kind of sauce, it's clear that for beauty) prevents you from eating normally, your hands were constantly smeared in it. Prices are on average the same as in other establishments of this kind. In general, I don't know about anyone, but I probably won't go there anymore. P.S.: as a person who speaks a little Italian, I note that the Russian transcription does not always match the original (but this is a quibble).

The service is terrible. We were seated at a table with a bar, because there were no more seats. The child really wanted to sit in the lower hall. While waiting for the order, seats were being vacated there. We were asked to move downstairs, but we were refused, allegedly the table was booked. But at the same time, people came up and were invited to those tables. Waitresses with faces like they owe them something or have come to their house.

Заведение испортилось от слова СОВСЕМ!!! По еде сказать нечего, потому что мы её не дождались! Бывает ненавязчивый сервис, но чтобы игнорирующий!!!, такое было в первый раз! После посадки и меню, официанта мы таки не дождались в течении 20 минут, хотя посадка была где-то на половину. Пришлось уйти в другое заведение! А персонал даже не понял, что мы ушли без обслуживания. По итогу: заведение катится на дно!!!!

We recently visited this place (not for the first time) the cuisine is good, delicious, but there are a few "BUTS". First, the institution frankly requires repair, in many roadside cheburechnye it is more comfortable, and what can I say at many enterprises, the canteens are tidier... But this is a cafe in the city center... The second is the above-average price tag, especially the wine list...and it doesn't fit in with the view and the atmosphere in any way. The output is only a three, so far on my personal blacklist.

Nice interior, not like in a fast food cafe, I really liked it. And efficient waitresses. We had a good time there. The service is terrible, there was no greeting at the entrance, the waitresses ignored the new customer, the menu was waiting for 9 minutes, zero attention. Dirty dishes were not cleaned during meals. After eating and paying for the order, there was no reaction, even "goodbye" no one said that there was a customer, that there was no one. Well, honestly, the hat solves the issue, after all, simple disrespect for customers.

We arrived 7 years later, the pizzeria is open, the pizza is delicious… But I want an update in the interior - modernity! We ordered pizza, lasagna, potato slices and chicken fillet for delivery. The delivery was waited for more than 2.5 hours. It arrived a little warm. The pizza looked and tasted like in an ordinary cafe that does not specialize in cooking Italian dishes. The dough is not fully cooked and there were only a couple of pieces of tuna from the jar, they are not even felt there. The lasagna arrived in one solid mushy mass that looked like someone's half-digested lunch. It tastes like nothing but salt. Not a single potato slice was golden in color, all were burnt. The fillet looked and tasted very mediocre as well. The price does NOT match the quality of the prepared dishes, and for a long time. These dishes were not worth the money or the time spent.
