I also like that there is a discount for regular customers. The guys are stylists-image makers in their place, they advise competently and professionally. Excellent service

I took my coat for revision - the seamstress of the atelier promptly suggested the best possible options to me.
They were hired and handed over on time, at an optimal excellent ratio for the price - not expensive and not cheap, exactly as it should be.
The result of the work itself is excellent, I liked everything.
I would like to note separately that the studio works on Sat-sun, which turned out to be a key advantage for me, since it is very difficult to take time off from work during the day.
Next time, if you need to sew a coat, raincoat, jacket, and any clothes, I will go here first of all.

We were choosing a suit for a wedding with my husband and came across this brand of clothing.
We arrived at the store at 36 Nezavisimosti Ave., and were greeted by a pleasant man. 15 minutes have passed since we entered and exited and the cavities are packed. Zhenya (stylist) is a master of his craft👍🏼 picked up a suit, shirt, shoes, belt and socks for her husband 😀
We needed to have a suit sewn and we were sent to the atelier. Yes, it's very cool, this brand has its own atelier within a 5-minute walk from the store. There the girls accepted the order. Since we asked from another city if they could do it today? The answer was yes, we walked for 3 hours and picked up our perfect costume. It's incredible. Thank you for such a service!

In the store on Kamennaya Gorka, the guys served us well and helped us choose a costume. When they handed over the jacket to the atelier to adjust it a little, they regretted it several times. The sleeve was sewn frankly CROOKEDLY - visible to the naked eye! This is the first time I've seen such irresponsibility at work. If you don't want to be left without a suit before an important event, don't count on this atelier. They can let you down a lot. Just 0 out of 10

Firstly, I was sincerely surprised that there is such a service in Minsk: you can pick up everything in the showroom, at almost the same price as in other stores. Then you can adjust it for free at the atelier. I bought at the Silhouette shopping center, as promised - I will leave a separate review.
Secondly, my experience with more than 10 ateliers says that they are confidently in the top 3.
As every growing company has "growth diseases", I wish to overcome them - by myself or with the help of those who know how to overcome them (for example, the Business TRIZ Association consulting group).
The main disadvantage for today is queues and the lack of a message about the readiness of orders.
For buyers, a life hack or help: the guys in the showrooms sell quite a few, sometimes a lot, and since the fit is "free" - sometimes the studio is crowded. Therefore, either call (I strongly advise you), or take a coffee to take away to wait.

Atelier from the dude store. Not a large room, 2 fitting rooms. They do not inform about readiness, but it is not necessary, they immediately inform the date when to pick it up. It is better to park behind the house where the atelier is located, rather than along the road.

The level of service - thank you for not beating me up. Such a pleasant impression was left by the Victory street store and the same terrible impression of the atelier. They are rude, they are not interested in the client. When handing over the suit, I had to wait until the receptionist got out of the back room, then the usual rudeness. When picking up a suit. When I came to pick it up, a couple was already sitting and waiting for 10 minutes. Remembering the previous experience of visiting, I went to the back of the room to call someone. A seamstress jumped out and began to scold me for the fact that everyone should have a technical break and in general, sit and wait quietly. The acceptance and delivery specialist came up 5 minutes later with a jar of sweet and sour sauce in his hand. I guess if you go to the store during business hours, you can leave a sign saying "break until...", right?

We bought the groom a suit for the wedding at the Dude store in the Silhouette shopping center, the consultants helped with the selection, in general, we were satisfied with the store. We went to the atelier for fitting, a very small room, without air conditioning, only 2 fitting rooms, and the queue is already on the stairs. The employee of the atelier accepts everyone very quickly. On the one hand, it's good that you don't have to wait long, but on the other hand, I would like to take more time to measure everything without haste. We arrived 2 days later for a hemmed suit, said you would try it on at home, we accept claims within a week. We tried on the suit at home and saw that the trousers were terribly sewn, there was a huge crease in the back, and everything was not well with the vest either. We decided not to go there again and give it to another studio, at least there is still time before the wedding.

Men's clothing Dude is about style and great service! The sellers are professionals, very stylish clothes for adequate money + figure fitting in their atelier, for free - it's just a delight! I only want to return to this store.
The drinks in the coffee shop are also good, the waiting time for the master in the atelier has been reduced.

Just a disgusting service and store! We were buying a wedding suit. The store sold a slightly larger size (since other sizes had short sleeves) and said that everything would be sewn at the atelier. The studio said that they would not sew in the shoulders and sleeves. It was said that the production time is 5 days, as a result 1.5 weeks. And they said to arrive at the same time, and not everything was ready, they said to wait another 1-1.5 hours.
There are always huge queues for this.
As a bride, I'm furious and I don't recommend it to anyone.

I handed over the suit on Thursday afternoon (06/22), the store advised me to hand it over in 3-4 days so that the masters would have time. The work schedule is indicated seven days a week.
They told me to pick it up at 12:00 on Tuesday (06/27). I arrived - the suit was not sewn, not ironed. The event in a couple of hours is a disappointment and that's all.
If the masters have a lot of work, then there is no need to take additional work.

There are enough clothing repair shops in Minsk, but not all have the same level of service and services. In this place, it's 0 out of 10.

An ambiguous impression of the atelier. There is no one at the entrance and no one greets, you need to look into this room and look for someone. You ask a question, the girls don't answer anything and continue to communicate with each other. There is nowhere to settle down, and they don't even offer it, look for everything yourself. An older woman is absolutely not client-oriented, she came stabbed, left without saying anything, you stand like a fool, not understanding what to do next, whether she tried on or not, take off her jacket or not, no contact. Is there any way to communicate with customers? To say at least "just a second, I'll be right back" or "everything is measured, ready, you can take it off" well, at least somehow. Otherwise, there is no answer, no greetings. It was unpleasant to be there, as if the employees were forced to work there, or they had their own conversations and hangouts, and we were interfering with them. Purely because of this, you don't even want to buy anything in the store itself, knowing that you need to go to the atelier, although the assortment there is good🤷♀️
