I haven't written reviews for a long time, but I couldn't help myself! To be honest, the "Pizza Tempo" at the BONUS shopping center surprised me in a pleasant way! In order.... Met with a dazzling smile, wonderful, very pleasant girl administrator Daria! She paid us maximum attention, as all the waiters were busy at that time. She recommended a great selection of dishes, drinks, and desserts from a varied menu … Everything was cooked quickly and very tasty. The service is polite, with smiles and jokes. Rotating the tray on the waiter's finger is a separate show! Bottom line: great place, super staff, delicious cuisine! Keep it up ! A lot of positive emotions for the evening! Thanks guys! You are the best! P.S. Sleepy waiters with sour faces walk in many "cool" establishments of the capital! They need to be brought to you for re-education!

We had lunch with my daughter today. Caesar with rotten salad was served. I had to make a remark. They made another one. But the employee immediately finished mine at the dishwasher. Sadness. In general, tempo pizza is very bad in the Gallery. The cook there is much worse than in other places. The service is also lame.

We ordered a cream soup of champignons with blue cheese and gratin with chicken and mushrooms. The cream soup was just mediocre and the cubes with cheese were 3 times less than in the picture. But the real shock was gratin, which was flavored with a huge amount of cheap cheese mayonnaise, which gave an unpleasant chemical and acetic taste to the dish, although a creamy sauce was declared in the composition. If you are watching calories, are allergic to some foods, or just want to get a dish with the declared ingredients, I strongly recommend avoiding the Tempo network. The last time I ordered this dish in another restaurant of the chain, instead of chicken thighs, they put a store-bought chicken roll. I.e., in the Tempo network, it is apparently customary to cook dishes not according to the recipe, but from what comes to hand or what is left in the kitchen. You have 6 cubes of cheese with blue mold in the picture, so please put 6, not 2. You have specified a creamy sauce, so do not slip cheap cheese mayonnaise instead. By the way, boiled fried potatoes in gratin were also just boiled, it wasn't critical for me, but nevertheless.

Yesterday we visited the "restaurant" in the Gallery shopping center. There is such a table right next to the exit doors to the terrace. I don't understand why he's standing there and why put the guests there when the other tables are not occupied? It was evening, it was cold, everyone poked at the back of the chair as they passed and slapped the door, letting in a stream of cold air. They decided to move to another table, which was dirty. The waiter was warned, but he didn't even bother to remove it! The beer glass was dirty, there were fingerprints and lips all over the edge of the glass! I brought this glass to the bar, the girls offered to pour the beer into another glass (((. I thought they would have done it, but I came myself to check that they would pour another beer into another glass. As I was leaving, I heard the words of the girl at the bar in the direction of our waiter, "beer on your account." A lot of questions: do they not see what they are pouring into?; does the waiter not see what he is carrying? ; is it OK, no one even apologized!!!? The cheese sticks were barely warm, and some kind of separate liquid was separated from the sauce to them. Romeo's pizza with extra cheese was very tasty! We ate, but the deposit for the service remained.

We came in the evening on a weekday in the summer. There were few visitors, which is understandable for the summer. By 10 p.m., my friend and I were alone in the institution, the people dispersed. The staff turned off the background music and stared at our table for an hour before closing, saying when we would leave. In this regard, there was an unpleasant aftertaste from the visit.

On August 4, 2024, we ordered two soups-mashed mushrooms with blue cheese and pancakes with ham and baked cheese to take away from the restaurant on Gromov. It was just terrible! It got worse at the soup stage. It's heavy, with lumps and generally looks like porridge. Pancakes are a separate topic: it is impossible to eat the sauce with which they were poured, the pancakes themselves are sweet, there is almost no filling. It's good that we just tried them and threw them away. The soup made itself felt all evening and night in various ways. The worst investment is 35 rubles. Also, pills were bought for about the same amount. I don't recommend it.

Yesterday, after a long choice, my husband and I decided to celebrate my birthday with a festive lunch by visiting the pizzeria PizzaTempo on Pobediteley,9. I just couldn't miss such a wonderful event in such a cozy institution.
From the first minutes of our arrival, we felt the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the pizzeria staff. We were greeted by the waiter Ilya, whose attention and interest in our celebration amazed us. He was courteous, polite and caring, which created a special holiday atmosphere.
We chose a varied menu of salads and pastas, and we were pleased with their taste and cooking quality. It was a real pleasure. The amazing combination of ingredients and the excellent quality of the products amazed us.
Separately, I would like to note Ilya's attentive attitude to details - each pasta was prepared with great love and care. We felt the care and respect for our choice, which added a special charm to the event.
We thank the entire staff of Pizza Tempo pizzeria for the wonderful atmosphere, attentive service and incomparable quality of the dishes.
