Were 02.11.2023 We arrived an hour and a half before closing time. There was no one else but us. The waitress (blonde with a ponytail and brown shadows) stressed that they work until 23. We said we'd make it. She was obviously drunk. I didn't remember the order, then something always fell and rattled behind her bar. Food was brought. She obviously poured wine by eye and did not observe any portions. About 40 minutes before closing, she brought one bill. We asked for more wine. She brought wine and a second bill for 134 rubles, we paid and asked for another glass of wine, forgot to bring ice, although we asked. She brought another bill, we paid and saw after payment that the bill was for 142 rubles. I don't think a glass of wine cost that much. As a result, it turned out that she forgot about paying the previous bill and included everything in the last one. For half an hour she claimed that we had paid only the last bill. Operations in the bank's application and SMS with the name of the institution and the time of payment did not convince her in any way. We offered to calmly sort it out, look at the cameras, call the administrator, she insisted on her own. She was obviously very drunk, and she just didn't have the opportunity to understand the situation. On our next attempt to figure it out, she asked if we had a family. What we didn't understand. As a result, by 23 o'clock, she freaked out and returned the duplicate cash payment to us. She clearly didn't understand the problem and just wanted us to leave The food was not bad, but we will not go back there again
