Having received prescriptions from a doctor and feeling very ill (cough, 39.6), I sent my wife with prescriptions, insurance card and passport to the nearest pharmacy Planet of Health (65 Rechitsky Ave.) [also not quite healthy, but she said she would try]
And the claim is not that they refused to give her medicines with the words "let your husband come, we will only give it to him under his signature." internal rules are internal rules. I won't argue here.
The claim is that when I came to them with a temperature of 39.6, they said they were not cooperating with Promtransinvest. and, accordingly, they will not release any medicines to me either (under insurance).
I specifically asked them
- Are you sure you are a "Health Planet"?
- yes. we are a health planet. but we do not cooperate with promtransinvest.
