On 01/21/2024 at 19.55 (despite the fact that working hours are until 20.00) I was told that the pharmacy is closed, the floors need to be washed. When I clarified that it was still 5 minutes, they reluctantly began to serve me, but when the payment matter came up, there were problems again because she had already closed the terminal. This whole situation has spoiled the mood and impression of the pharmacist of this pharmacy. I asked for a complaint book, and they started throwing medicine at me and saying take it away, otherwise I don't have time to wash the floors here. The book was never given. I intend to apply somewhere higher. To say that I'm in shock is to say nothing.

I visited the pharmacy on 07/10/23.the pharmacist is talking on the phone, then I began to walk back and forth, it is impossible to ask anything.I made such a face that you don't want to choose and buy anything else yourself, and this is not the first time.Please check the qualifications and work of the pharmacist.
