A nice hotel. Professional service. Clear. The rooms have everything for a decent stay. The food is edible. The cleaning is constant, There is no bottled water in the room for drinking.

Соотношение цена/качество идеальное. Номер чистый, уборка и смена полотенец ежедневная. Завтраки простоваты и не слишком разнообразны, свою цену не оправдывают. Расположение великолепное! Очень вежливый персонал.

Let's start with the pros. I put two stars to the polite staff. Although... very unobtrusive staff.. where is the elevator, where is the restaurant - I had to ask. Themselves - not, in any way. Already shabby reception brings not very pleasant thoughts. The hotel has known better times, repairs are needed. But even what is there can be kept in proper form. But no...I haven't seen such a terrible room cleaning in a long time. Mold on the shower hose, stains, dust, dirt everywhere. Stains on the walls at the height of a person's height. They are wiped off with a wet cloth, but no one thought about it. I was squeamish to touch something once again. Breakfast for three. There is a buffet. You can have a snack. But porridges, omelets and sausages are completely cold, pastries and pancakes look terrible, I didn't want to try. I don't want to come back here even for one night.

В целом отель понравился, расположение отличное, в шаговой доступности остановки, метро , центр города, торговый центр. Очень понравился вид на парк Победы, сам парк тоже. Гостеприимный и приветливый персонал, парковка. Мы были три дня, двухкомнатный Люкс. В номере чисто, все заявленное в наличии, хорошее белоснежное белье, полотенца, мыльно рыльное ежедневно подкладывают, все работает. Постели , матрасы понравились, не хватило тапочек, был май, отопление отключили, полы холодные. Слабое звено - завтрак, печалька, дорого, бедно, грустно. Тем более, что в округе до 10 позавтракать негде, все кафе с 10. Рекомендую отель.

Очень хорошая гостиница в центре города. Цены для такого уровня более, чем демократичные. Рядом банк, остановка, ТЦ, музей. До ГУМа можно быстро доехать на автобусе минут за 5-7. В гостинице всегда есть питьевая вода, гладильная доска с утюгом на этаже. Самый большой минус - это качество сантехники. Душевые кабины текут, везде щели, вода. Постельное бельё не меняется, только полотенца. Шампунь и гель даются только один раз, почти не работает кондиционер. Но зато есть холодильник, стаканы, в номере много света, чисто. В целом, неплохо.

We must understand that this is Minsk. The hotel was built in the 80s. There were no significant repairs in it. The staff is pleasant. Mir cards are accepted, so local rubles are not required. The prices for accommodation are high. The room for the day came out at a cost of 147 Belarusian rubles. The course at that time was 1:32. Breakfast is 25 rubles. The people are real, but the hotel is so-so. The location is convenient - it's a fact.

Inattentive attitude towards customers. There is no coordination of the maids on the floor and the administration. The key to the ironing room is at the administration, the ironing room itself is on the 4th floor. For 9 nights, the bed was changed 1 time and then asked.....Only the breakfasts are delicious (buffet) and the friendly receptionists at the restaurant.

Хорошее расположение, чисто, много полотенец которые меняют, не очень дорого, приятный персонал, есть столовая со шведским столом и неплохой едой, Есть кондиционер Есть вай-фай, на улице тоже ловит Парковка для такси В корридоре кулер с подогревом На ресепшене дали градусник Из минусов: Все-таки за 60 долларов хотелось бы большего Дизайн советских времён Включить кондиционер на обогрев нужна смекалка Неудобно расположена розетка возле кровати Отопление центральное и осенью его может не быть

Номер очень хороший, чисто, убирают и меняют полотенца каждый день, в центре города- отличное расположение. Вежливый и приветливый персонал. Вкусные завтраки. Шведский стол очень разнообразный.

Советский Союз. Если вы планируете увидеть современную гостиницу, то не увидите. В целом чисто, завтраки неплохие, есть выбор и разнообразие. Жили в номере на двоих , две кровати , тв, шкаф, душ , туалет. Интерьер несовременный. Расположение удобное, напротив красивый парк Победы, есть пара ресторанов, ТЦ, магазин Коммунарка, до центра Минска надо ехать.

Очень чисто, все удобно и комфортно. Кровать одноместного номера очень широкая, поместятся даже два человека. Но было очень холодно. И полы холодные и в номере холодно, и в горячем кране вода комнатной (холодной) температуры. Кондиционер на полную мощность и максимальную температуру прогрел номер только к утру. Вода в душе в первый день прогрелась до горячей примерно за 10 минут приема душа. Во второй день была чуть теплее изначально холодной, но так и не прогрелась как в первый день. Хоть и не ледяная, но душ принимать не комфортно в таком режиме закаливания.

Гостиница неплохая, все чисто. Цены приемлемые. Для активных путешествий можно смело рекомендовать. Расположена удачно, не совсем в центре , но в пешей доступности. Рядом хороший ночной бар-ресторан Публика, торговый центр с кафе и многими магазинами, в том числе и большой супермаркет. До старого города минут 15 пешком. Остановка минут 7 пешком. Можно найти варианты ближе к центру , но там и цены выше. Мы остались довольны.

У отеля прекрасное расположение с туристической точки зрения. Рядом много достопримечательностей. От метро минут 15 ходьбы, вполне можно прогуляться вдоль реки. Сам отель 80х годом. Ждать от номеров сверхестественного не надо). Порадовало кипельно белое постельное белье и вкусные завтраки. Но самое прекрасное впечатление оставили панно в рестоанне отеля, где прохолят завтраки. Молодцы, что их сохранили.

We lived on the 8th floor, Business Standard Double. Positive: 1.Location 2. Availability of parking for residents. 3. Lots of towels, soap accessories, shower cabin is not bad. Minuses: 1. There are no Windows, they have a fierce draft. Our room faced the road and it's just tin. The noise from cars, and also some equipment under the windows worked in the evening. 2. There is no sound insulation from the word "at all". You can hear the neighbors, the vacuum cleaner, the slamming of doors. 3.Wi-Fi, which even a WhatsAap call could not pull out, I had to turn on roaming. SpeedTest showed less than 2mb/s. 4. Floor covering. Everything is streaked with a door from a barely working refrigerator. The bathroom has an icy floor. I had to rearrange one of the bedside carpets in the toilet. 5. Cleanliness. Very doubtful. The windowsill is all dusty. When we entered the room, I immediately wanted to air out. 6. The toilet when draining the water made a sound like from hell. From what was, but not used:TV, telephone, hair dryer. In general, it's not bad for an overnight stay, but the price at the hotel absolutely does not match the quality.

Отель для очень непритязательных туристов. Из " +" : расположение, вид из окна. Хороший WiFi. Огромная беспланпя парковка перед входом. Из" -": Ресепшн чётко отрабатывает уровень отеля- 1-2 звезды... Во всех смыслах. Завтраки: их повар просто портит продукты. Даже жалко продукты, наверно всë выкидывают. Люди такое просто не едят

Удачное расположение, рядом музей и парковая зона. Гуляли, получили огромное удовольствие! Чисто, прекрасный вид из номера, много лифтов, отличные завтраки. Персонал на уровне. Кайфонул. Рекомендую!!!

We rented 3 rooms for 3 people. They settled everyone on different floors. Each room has its own problems. It is always cold in the rooms, and batteries and additional heating do not help from the word at all, they slept in their clothes. It's very dirty, we found a keychain with a fish on the floor from the previous owners. The shower is generally a song, the heated towel rail does not work, noise insulation is 0, when someone washes, all the neighbors hear, hot water is confused with cold, and you have to wait for the right temperature for 15 minutes, standing with a shower head in your hands, in one of the showers such a miracle was waiting (photo). The prices are very high, including for breakfast, which is definitely not worth taking. You will pay a lot of money for the terrible quality of accommodation and you will be very disappointed. It is not recommended.

We stayed for one night. The room for two is a little cramped for my taste. There is one bed, one blanket for two, low pillows. We managed to find an extra blanket (without a duvet cover) and an extra pillow in the room. I didn't have the strength to go to the reception. Удобно расположен, есть собственная парковка. Гостиница не новая, но достаточно приятная. Цены щадящие. С персоналом не пересекался, но уборку делали (мусор выносили, принадлежности в ванной обновляли). Холодильник в номере не холодит, т.е. вообще. На вопрос зачем сей агрегат включать в розетку были непонятные объяснения, что раньше это был минибар. Какая взаимосвязь непонятно. Это не случайность- у нас было 2 номера, в другом то же самое. Кондиционер тоже для мебели. Телевизор нормально показывает только три западных канала- два на английском и один от "голоса америки" из Праги. Гос каналы с большой рябью, в один день настроил РТРБелоруси, на утро его не оказалось (и не настраивался). Учитывая, что антенна коллективная, отношение неоднозначное

Хороший отель, только душ тесный:) Завтрак разнообразный есть что выбрать на разный вкус, и яичница, и каша, и йогурт, и хлопья. Номер не большой, но всё есть. Красивый вид из окна. Рядом парк Победы и до метро не далеко. Для постояльцев своя парковка для авто. Кулер с водой на этаже.
