A great place to spend a pleasant time. It's not the first year I've been getting a massage, but it was here that I found a cool specialist, Lydia! An individual approach to a client is very important to me. Lydia, listens to all my "pains" in my body and in my figure. I alternate between several types of massage, once a week, consistently! Depending on my request, Lydia chooses the method of work (figure, fatigue, back cramps, swelling, etc.). Every time my body gratefully gets the desired result, and I look forward to the next session!

I want to share my impressions of visiting the wonderful Planet Spa spa.
every salon starts with the receptionist-and the beautiful Ekaterina greeted me warmly and made me feel as friendly as possible while I was waiting for my master. The cabin is very clean and smells nice. Next, I was picked up by a sweet and very experienced master, Anastasia. How I relaxed and enjoyed the ritual with warm stones, alternating it all with a manual massage. I really relaxed and forgot about all the problems. I recommend Anastasia from the bottom of my heart-she is a tactful and experienced specialist who hears and listens to the client's request and does her job 100%. I also want to note how everything in the massage room is thought out to the smallest detail and the love for clients is felt. Neat, clean and a special vibe. I really enjoyed relaxing in the spa area after all the spa treatments. There aren't many people and you can make yourself some delicious tea in the break room. I've been to heaven. I will recommend this salon to everyone and a place where you want to escape and relax from children and household life)

I would like to thank the Planet Spa Spa from the bottom of my heart for our wonderful bachelorette party in this complex. this is not our first vacation with our girlfriends in this institution) The receptionist was attentive and polite, immediately offered us a vase for flowers, shoe covers and took us to the thermal complex. This is a really gorgeous place, cozy, neat and beautiful, so I want to come back again and again.very spacious. We also noticed how many buns appeared for guests -a cooler with hot and cold water in the thermal zone, delicious tea, Alice is playing))Everything is as we love it) I really liked it, we also took massages and the rest was really cool, we forgot about the time. The idea to take massages during a visit to the thermal complex was a fire! Professional massage therapists simply cured your back in one session and relaxed you incredibly! We visited the thermal complex with my husband + an hour massage. I liked everything except the hammam, it smells damp.The Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi are all good.
We were waiting for a massage more, of course, and were not disappointed in it.
Master Anastasia and Alexander are experts in their field.Of course, the equipment pleased everyone , they came out refreshed, charged and happy. We recommend you to visit . Let's come for a massage again 👍☺️

We recently attended a private session at the Planeta SPA. Alas, the impressions were mixed, although the idea of a closed holiday sounded promising.
Minuses:
Organization of changing rooms and toilets. Despite the format of the "closed session", the locker room and toilets turned out to be shared. The locker rooms themselves are extremely small – a maximum of two people can be accommodated there at the same time. For a company of six people, this creates inconvenience.
Poor preparation for the session. The session was booked and an advance payment was made for 1.5 weeks. However, upon arrival, the hammam and sauna were cold. It took about 40 minutes to warm up the hammam, and an hour for the sauna. Instead of the paid three hours of full rest, there were only two hours left for the main procedures.
The wrong operation of the hammam. When the hammam warmed up, its temperature was more like a bathhouse – below 80 degrees, if not higher. This is not the first one visited, so I understand how they should work. Here, there is an obvious overheating and violation of the parameters.
The reaction of the staff. To a remark about a hot hammam or its incorrect operation, the administrator only shrugged her shoulders, referring to automation and the inability to change anything. This attitude is, of course, disappointing.
Lack of amenities. There is an extreme lack of a refrigerator or at least a vending machine with soft drinks in the recreation area. This is especially necessary after a sauna or hammam.
Positive:
The interior of the cabin left a pleasant impression – everything is clean and tidy, without obvious signs of wear.
During the session, we hardly met with other visitors, which corresponds to the concept of a secluded holiday.
When the session came to an end, none of the staff hurried us to leave the area, which pleasantly distinguishes this place from many others.
Result:
Perhaps massage and other SPA programs are really worth attention here. But if you plan to visit Planeta SPA for the sake of a hammam and sauna with friends, it's better to think twice. The format of the closed session turned out to be inconvenient, the preparation of the hall leaves much to be desired, and interaction with the staff only increased the negative impression.

4.9 rating on Yandex and 2 awards two years in a row as the best SPA salon?! Maybe I came with the wrong request?!
First of all, if you go to a SPA for two, then never choose a program with a salt room! It doesn't even smell like salt! Secondly, when I asked the administrator "why the duet program is more expensive than, if taken separately, an indoor water complex, massage and salt room," they replied "that you had an escort." A, that is, we ourselves did not go into the massage therapist's office, but for 25 Boons we were escorted to the next door! Stupid! The service is suffering a lot!
The tea ceremony is a hot water machine and a tea bag that you make yourself at the beginning of the program! We were not provided with any bathrobes or towels! The hammam does not work correctly. All the steam is up, it's cold from below. The Finnish sauna is good! Many thanks to the massage therapists!
Advice for visiting. Instead of spa programs. Choose everything for yourself individually according to the price list! 1 hour of sauna and Jacuzzi is very little!! And so they have it scheduled in all programs!

A great place and the best specialists. It is not the first year that we have been visiting your Spa with the whole family. My husband gave me a certificate for 10 massage sessions. I went to all the masters of the salon to choose a specialist who is close in spirit, but I want to note that all the specialists are simply the best. I definitely began to feel better after the massage course, now I go once a month and feel how my quality of life has improved and I forgot about migraines. And I also learned a lot from each massage therapist at the session for my and my family's health. A very cozy place where you relax and reboot your head! I bought it for my wife through a gift.buy the certificate in 2020 and in 2024. I didn't go myself, it wasn't very impressive. My wife was not satisfied. I don't remember what the service was called, but it cost me about 300 rubles. Cheap, angry, this place clearly lacks repairs, it's already very much. I do not recommend visiting, give 100 rubles more and go to a sensible place.

- The jacuzzi is cold,
-the hammam and sauna are overheated, it is impossible to stay
- everything is old, badly washed
- pungent aromadiffuser odors
"there wasn't even any toilet paper in the bathroom."

I was very pleased with the spa treatment in the Rassoul Hammam with body peeling with a Kese glove. Special thanks to Master Sergey. During the procedure, everything was done carefully, gently. And most importantly, there were no unnecessary conversations during the procedure.
The atmosphere at the entrance to the center immediately seemed not presentable enough, such an urban swimming pool with a setting. But everything changed as soon as I went with the master to the room where the procedure itself would take place.

Not far from home, I decided to find a spa for regular visits. I have a subscription, according to which I signed up for a vacation in the aqua-thermal zone. The purpose of the visit was to get to know the place and then go not only to the spa area, but also to massages with your spouse. However, the acquaintance did not go well. Ekaterina, the receptionist, met me, took me to the locker room in street shoes, explained everything fluently. At the same time, I expected to receive at least a towel and disposable slippers, because they did not explain on the phone that this was not provided. Moreover, Ekaterina did not even offer to purchase it for an additional fee, i.e. such a careless attitude towards the guest, they say, she will figure it out somehow. In fact, I just went into the locker room and came out with the understanding that I had nothing with me. Then I returned to the reception and clarified why the administrators did not tell me that I had to bring everything with me, she answered with a question, what should I do, and that I was going to the spa and should understand it myself. As a result, I refused to visit, and only at that moment did I find out that personal hygiene items can still be purchased at the reception. But for some reason Ekaterina did not offer them to me at the entrance, and then a thought followed in the spirit of "what do you want from a visit for 20 BYN? Also, so that it is included?" And here 20 BYN, I still did not understand, I suppose this is how a one-time subscription visit is estimated. Is this even a normal admin comment?? It sounded very cavalier. I appeal to the director:
As a client with the intention of carrying money to the cashier of your business for services from your spa menu, as well as as a person with management experience, I can note that the administrator Ekaterina is not interested in the return of the client, is not interested in increasing sales of your spa center, her approach is COMPLETELY NOT CUSTOMER-ORIENTED. The administrator, who takes care of the guests, seeing an unprepared guest, will offer options at the entrance (purchase for an additional fee) so that the guest's rest is comfortable. I repeat, I had intentions to go on a regular basis not only on a subscription basis, but to purchase other services! Unfortunately, businesses often lose customers and profits because of this kind of employee work. It seems like a small thing, but the administrator Ekaterina has worked in such a way that there is no desire to return.

We were at the SPA on the weekend. In general, it's fine, but it's not cleaned up and smells like mold in a student's public shower, which is the only one in the whole building. There are piles of hair lying on the floor in the wardrobe. There is mold in the hammam, the smell is terrible. The Jacuzzi is cold and there are red deposits on the grilles around the perimeter. The shower of impressions- part of the taps is non-working, the water flows past the human body. If you put things in order and clean, you can still visit, but at the moment the impression is not very good.
Plus: the sauna is great.
