11 months ago, I left a review on Google with 5 out of 5 for visiting this institution. Everything was really good there. After that, we went again this year and it seemed that it got worse. delivery. Today I ordered delivery: two ramen and a set of rolls. The waiting time was announced to me from 1 to 1.5 hours as a last resort. The courier arrived in 1 hour and 35 minutes and was apparently in a hurry, because the ramen spilled quite well inside the foil. The ramen tastes average. The chicken is seasoned, which is added to the chicken roll with egg, which made it feel like I was eating a wet roll. The other spices tried to argue with her. The greens most likely turned into almost porridge due to the long delivery. In general, I like the ramen of other establishments more, although it is also not without drawbacks. The situation with the rolls is unclear. Either I made a mistake when ordering, or they brought the wrong thing (I did not find the order history in the bad guest of honor application). And most importantly, the HAIR that was lying under the rolls... There's a greasy joint here, of course.

I highly recommend the restaurant. But I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND DELIVERY. Firstly, if you do not explicitly indicate when ordering delivery that you want rolls from Planet Sushi, then you are highly likely to receive rolls from Shikari, which are much less tasty than from Planet Sushi. And now about the level of delivery: I ordered delivery for the last time on November 11 at 19.40. They promised to deliver within 2-2.5 hours. As a result, at exactly 22.00, I received a call from the delivery service and was informed that the delivery was delayed and it would be in 20, maximum 25 minutes. Given such a long waiting time for my order, I asked the operator how warm my "warm rolls" would be, because otherwise the rolls might not be delivered to me. The operator LIED that the rolls had just been cooked and therefore, of course, the rolls would be hot from the heat. As a result, the rolls were delivered as early as 22.45 (i.e. 3 hours after ordering) and the warm rolls predictably turned out to be cold. I refused the order and was left without rolls after 3 HOURS OF WAITING. By calling not the delivery service, but directly to the restaurant itself, I found out that my rolls were cooked at 21.25, and not at 22.00, as the delivery operator lied to me. As a result, a conversation took place with the deputy.delivery director. During the conversation, I did not hear any clear explanations for such a poor quality of delivery. I also did not hear a word about whether the operator would be reprimanded for his obvious incompetence and whether at least some measures would be taken to improve the quality of delivery. Absolute DISRESPECT FOR THE CLIENT, but LYING TO THE CLIENT matures most of all.
