Visiting a planetarium is always a great idea, especially for children! Even if the place is not impressive in its scale or design, the main thing is the valuable information that can be obtained there. Exploring space, planets, stars, and science in general develops children's curiosity and inspires them to explore the world.

It's a shame that we didn't know about the existence of such a cool Planetarium before. It's not big, but it's interesting enough. It all starts from the entrance to the building, there are very interesting, themed objects around. Inside there is a mini museum, and most importantly, scientific videos on the topic of space, the universe, to choose from, by age. Affordable prices.

We went on an excursion with the children of the first grade. It is very beautifully decorated inside. Even if you did not order a performance with animators, you will be greeted and "warmed up" by the presenter with a mini-quiz about space and planets. The program about planets is short and very interesting. But not everyone is interested in first-graders yet. The children did not let me listen, when I returned home, I found information about the sun for myself on the Internet, because I was very interested in what I heard. The videos accompanying the lecture are very impressive! The hall is cozy and comfortable. After the session, you can take pictures at the exhibits. There is an opportunity to buy snacks and drinks.

When the show was shown to us, the main part of the performance was only on one side, why didn't the organizers warn us. We missed the whole show and all its beauty because of this flaw. I had to look out and take pictures, interfering with the front row, it was uncomfortable.

Of the advantages, a 5-year-old child liked it. There are a lot of disadvantages, no sooner had we entered than the extortion began. We went with my daughter together, and it turns out that if you are not 5 people, then the ticket costs twice as much, but not on the website, not on the piece of paper that they have hanging at the checkout, there is no information. I'm not sorry, but why cheat?
Everything is old, but at least there is something to see, unlike the new planetarium, where only a short film is shown similar. I also noticed a grammatical error in the description of the exhibits, but did not take pictures. It will go once, especially on the eve of the Cosmonautics Day holiday.

Honestly, I expected something new, unusual, since this is a planetarium. But alas, there are no new impressions!!!
Come on the 1st floor there are two statues, two globes.
The author's video was put on the second one. But believe me, you can watch videos from YouTube and you can learn more...My son was bored. He's over 9 years old. He couldn't sit and watch what he already knows. He was bored.
And there are not many 2,3 exhibits.
There would be a telescope from which to look.. at least!!!
But those who don't know about our galaxy yet, it will be very interesting for them to visit the planetarium.

A great place if you want to introduce your child to space. The exposition is not very large, but it is clear that the people who work in this planetarium are passionate about their work and are happy to talk about space and Uzbekistan's contribution to space exploration. And of course, you can not pass by the dome, which shows interesting films about space, both for young children and for adults who want to dive deeper into space topics. I really liked it, I recommend it to everyone.

We were here at the Christmas tree with the children. The performance is wonderful, the staff is very friendly, uplifting, it is clear that they love children very much. The museum is small and old, but made with love. The planetarium hall itself is small. There are many sculptures of planets on the territory of the planetarium.

I've been to 3 planetariums before: in Moscow, Kazan, Beijing. And Tashkent is the smallest, it feels like it's old, although it was in 2003. There is a small exhibition on the second floor. The black hole was depicted very strangely. The planetarium received a good starry sky projector through a grant. He's just standing in a corner, crammed in. In the first photo, a little behind the rocket. I hope that it is sometimes used for its intended purpose, otherwise it is very sad.
In a small room in the center of the second floor, we watched a film about basic concepts (planets, stars, nebulae, etc.), it took 20 minutes. We had 6th grade students with us. They were bored. My daughter is 4.5 years old, it's interesting at the beginning, it's more boring by the end. After the movie, the guide came and conducted some kind of quiz. The questions were based on the materials of the film, it roused the children. Those who answered correctly were clapped by the whole hall, so the students tried, if they did not know, to at least make a guess in order to earn a reputation. As a result, the children and we left on a positive note and with answers to the main questions of the film (thanks to the aunt guide, she highlighted the main points very energetically and skillfully for the children, it seems to me that everyone remembered them, even my daughter)
In general, it will do for 1 time. They say that there are thematic projects in this planetarium dedicated to specific topics. And then animators come, who do a good job of supporting children's interest in exploring and learning about the topic of space. I hope we'll go and check it out sometime. 😁

"Listen up! After all, if the stars are lit, does it mean that someone needs it? Of course, many people need it, and many want it, including visitors to the Tashkent planetarium, who can admire the starry sky even during the day. A full-dome 3D projection can surprise and delight children and remind adults of school astronomy lessons. Thanks to the new projector (2021), the images are realistic and the special effects are spectacular. The programs are mainly aimed at children, of course. They will be interested in the corner with a Squirrel and an Arrow, and installations, and black holes, and comets, and zodiac signs, and figures of astronomers led by Mirzo Ulugbek. Although it will be useful for adults to refresh their knowledge about the Solar System in an interactive format. And in the future, it will be possible to observe the Moon in a powerful telescope and take astrophotographs by connecting a smartphone to it. Isn't it great? I like that kind of thing.

I put 3 stars with a stretch, since the filling is not strong, they just talk about the solar system, not bad at one time.
The spotlights are so-so, the resolution and quality are very low.

In summer, going in is the best thing, it's cool, it's good. Under the dome is a video lecture about space, like sitting in a rocket and watching / listening. Great. Tickets cost pennies - like 2 tortillas. Be sure to go with the children, 4 year olds are sitting spellbound.
It is closer to go from M. Chorsu. Then you can go to the nature museum, across the street.
