My opinion is that the situation with children's entertainment in our Soviet district is deplorable..
Playgrounds, with rare exceptions, are outdated. The old Soviet iron swing slides and ladder balls are in a deplorable state. They have outlived their time and have become dangerous for children. The sandboxes are either packed to the state of concrete, or full of garbage and dog excrement.
As for the gaming halls, you can count them on your fingers.
