The hotel is good, there is a choice of breakfast, delicious and varied dishes. The neighbors on the floor were making noise and moving furniture. The phone rang non-stop on the ground floor, and the receptionist picks up the phone on the second ring. There is no complaint against the administration, but the location leaves much to be desired - the hotel is located in the old town, where you can be charged for shorts (not short). The staff leveled the whole situation, and the wobbly toilet bowl was greeted with a warm and sincere smile. This is the moment when the right staff levels out the shitty operational management. The hotel does not match its price , upon arrival there were eyelashes (extended) and other people's hair on the bed , then there were cockroaches (small bugs ) in the porridge at breakfast The staff did not make any apologies, they do not speak competently with the guests. We checked in for two days , paid the price for the room of 1.2 million . We lived for one day . After that, on the second day, I visited the hotel at 10 a.m., and they didn 't say anything about checking out . Then I left the hotel after 1.5 hours, saying that I would pick up my things at 22.00, as I realized that they charge the payment per day. Then, after I arrived, I was asked to pay for another day, since check-out is counted until 12.00 . We communicated rudely . I said I wouldn't pay, but they said we had your documents and we'd call 102. I paid and left.

The room is great in size, but the 3rd floor was being renovated and one evening there was a smell of paint. After the renovation, there will be excellent rooms. The breakfasts are not bad, but it does not always remain in the normal amount by 09h in the morning. The first day they promised registration and did not do it, the second day they did. Convenient location, but right in front of the windows along the road there is a garbage can, the car constantly arrived at 23h, it was noisy (20-30 minutes). There are no tea sets in the room, if they appear, it will be fine. Very comfortable shower.
