A good area, but there is a great lack of a full-fledged shopping center and a sports and entertainment type, Mandarin, it's a pity that the cinema was never restored. Transport links are excellent, only trolleybus 51 is not enough, it used to be convenient and very annoying to constantly move cars along footpaths to carry out loading and unloading operations at local shops.
