Customer service is pretty well organized. The staff is polite. But sometimes you have to stand in line.

Repairs are urgently needed. Air conditioning is necessary, because in summer, employees and customers suffocate from the heat. We need places to sit, because there are a lot of elderly people who have a hard time standing in line. And queues happen often. I understand that the time is hard right now, but take a note.
