On 12/14/2025, I came to this address for the first time to pick up a parcel, stood in line for 1.5 hours and was kicked out the door, because they have a short day until 12, but there were 5 minutes of the working day left and only a couple of people who needed to spend a maximum of 5-10 minutes! And of course, NO ONE gave information on the Internet about the work schedule on the 4th. How should people guess about shortening the mail's working day? The staff said they needed to come and see what kind of information they had on their door! The 21st century is in the yard, and it's difficult to post information on the Internet, how to plan a visit to your department? Of course, it is not possible to receive a QR code, then what is it for?
The woman at the reception and delivery of parcels does not cope with her tasks, she worked so slowly, it felt like she was doing it on purpose!
Today I came again, I sat for 40 minutes, some screams that we, the visitors, need to shut our mouths because they are confused in filling out forms, the man had to get through raising his voice to pick up his order, which they allegedly could not find, by the way, he, like me, was put out the door on the 4th!
The impression is disgusting, unfortunately one of my parcels is still going there, but I will never come to this post office again in my life!
