I read only good reviews, saw enough beautiful roses on the website and went to get a bouquet...when collecting a bouquet of roses, they began to tear off the petals from each bud so much that the buds were reduced by half..when I refused this bouquet and chose other flowers, they began to do the same with them...I understand that the flowers are not the first freshness..because more than one layer of petals was torn off (I can understand one or two crumpled petals), but half a bud was torn off there, although it is stated on the website that the buds of this type of flowers are 6 cm long, and it is good if 2 cm remained... florist, to the question "why are you doing this?" She didn't really answer anything, but when asked "will they live until morning?" she said uncertainly, "I think so.". I am very upset because the flowers "lowered their heads" in the morning..despite the fact that I can take care of flowers and I know how. I've had roses from other stores for two weeks, but they haven't stood here all night...
