We have been using the services of this company for more than 20 years. We went to Poland three times on different routes. I liked everything very much. This year we decided to go to Turkey. Thank you very much for your patience, attentiveness and sensitivity to customers. It's great when you find out all the nuances before the trip: departure, accommodation and meals, arrival. With my family and friends, it is a tradition to celebrate the New Year, which is organized by this agency in the OK Sputnik, near Minsk (Zhdanovichi). We would like to express our gratitude to the management of the agency and OK, to all employees (and in particular Inge,)for high professionalism, high quality of services provided. Once again, we were very satisfied with everything. Excellent cuisine-everything is at the highest level (special Thanks to the staff who were always there on New Year's Eve and the next day "on pancakes"); excellent decoration, both tables and interior; an interesting concert and music program, funny and professional presenters, lots of contests and gifts :))) It was fun, delicious and comfortable. Thank you very much! I recommend it to everyone 👍

But I really regretted that I contacted this travel agency. I bought a ticket to Bulgaria for my child. The departure dates and the number of rest days changed several times, but I understood that it was all because of closed borders and flights, so there are no complaints about these overlays, although it's a pity that I eventually had to overpay for going in July, not in June, and even by bus instead of an airplane. I was outraged by the late submission of information by the organizer of the children's holiday. A few days before the organized test, I asked if I needed to come to the office to pick up the child's passport, she replied that no. I decided that they would bring it themselves. And then in the evening, the day before the test, they ask me why I don't come and pick up my passport. It's good that the test was in the afternoon, but it was extremely unpleasant to go from one end to the other. But an even more unpleasant surprise awaited me upon arrival at the test, where I quite accidentally learned from the accompanying teacher that two more certificates from a doctor were needed for departure. I ask why I was not warned, our pediatrician has already worked out today, to which I replied, and what is so difficult, come and take it from which doctor on duty, that's it. I rushed with the child to the clinic and somehow got these certificates, but at the same time I was nervous, of course, noticeably. How can you not say about such an important thing, and if we had arrived without these certificates, then we would not have taken our son, but we would have been left to blame, since we did not guess ourselves? Just the most disgusting organizational support. Therefore, it is unlikely that I will ever contact this travel agency again, there is no trust after such an attitude.
