There are a lot of useful organizations in the building. The cafe on the ground floor is in demand among young people, various evenings, small concerts are held there, bards occasionally perform, poetry is read and also very tasty coffee.
On the 2nd floor there is the First Second-hand Store with a large selection of casual and sportswear, shoes and accessories. Nice prices and helpful and friendly staff.
There is a Driving school LEVEL in the courtyard of the building. You can get category A,A1, and B rights from them. And also retrain from category B to A. The best prices, teachers and instructors. I was left with a pleasant impression after communicating with the manager, for the next category only to them.
