There is a pharmacy in the same building, where people who know their business work. That's where the advantages ended. The arrogance and indifference of doctors is off the scale, patients are told that nothing will help them anymore, it's sad that they need to beg for treatment, the system is built on bribes to get sick leave, for example. So there is no need to talk about professionalism here, as well as about the hypocratic oath.
