Perhaps the best polyclinic in terms of approach to patients and speed of service... It was a pleasure to visit her, because everything is clear and coordinated, the staff are focused on help and efficiency in work, and not on a formal attitude and creating queues. This is one of the few clinics in which even the result of fluorography can be picked up within five minutes.

In a word, it's a mess. The file cabinet keeps losing cards. When you come to the therapist on sick leave, and there is time for this before the coupons, it happens that you never get to the doctor. This is already a problem for people, because they have coupons, which means they have a higher priority.
It was necessary to apply for an MREC for disability with all the ready-made examinations in the hands of the district therapist. I arrived at 8 a.m. Before that, the reception said that the nearest coupon was for the middle of January, it was on the 20th of December. But this is such a question that a week there, a week here, and everything goes over again, the commission is postponed, and the date has already been set. As a result, I went into the office only at 1 p.m., I received reproaches in my direction from the grandmothers sitting in the office, and from the therapist, because, you see, "You should have ordered a ticket, do you see how many people? I don't want to stay after my shift because of people like you."
Coupons and referrals for identical FGDS and colonoscopy examinations to the 20th polyclinic are issued by different doctors, and if both are prescribed, then you need to run from one doctor to another who work in different shifts. The surgeon is a separate issue. He omits complaints and ignores them, even when later he discovers not very pleasant forecasts.

I was surprised that you couldn't take biochemistry on Friday, although no one talked about it when they gave you a referral. You need to come to the office in advance and read it on a piece of paper hanging on the door. I came somehow, coupons were issued for the queue, which is surprising, we had a queue of 10 people, 2 of them pregnant girls. Then it turned out that there was no blood sampling.
Another funny thing about X-rays is that you need to "book" the nearest coupon from a specialist. There are 2 X-ray days per month, by the way)) I went to the 20th, paid 15 rubles and did it literally 5 minutes after the payment. It's a very strange job of the X-ray room. I've never seen this in other clinics. Everywhere, it was always possible to get through on any working day just by taking a live queue. Do you think a person with acute sinusitis will wait 2 weeks for an X-ray?
