The worst thing is the coupon system. Firstly, it is simply unrealistic to take them. And if you have taken it, then pray that they will accept it in time or at all) If a doctor is sick, for example, no one will even call to report it. But the most fun thing was today: I took a ticket to the doctor at 13:43, sat and waited for her for 20 minutes, but the reception desk said that DOCTORS TURNED OUT TO BE ON FRIDAYS UNTIL 13:30. It is very interesting, that is, the ticket was given for a time when there is no doctor. The place is disgusting, the staff is even worse. Zero surprise when I see that another young specialist has run away from here, flashing his heels.

The organization of work is terrible, there is no system at all. You come on sick leave, the reception informs you that you do not need to take a ticket, go first-come, first-served to the "N" office. You come, they accept strictly according to coupons. Once the wait lasted 3 hours. There was a case when it was not possible to get to the doctor at all. Despite the fact that neighboring therapists' offices may be empty, and a whole corridor of people are sitting in one office. A fairy tale!

I've never visited a worse clinic. It is impossible to take a ticket, even if they are on the ticket.Bye, they don't give them to the registry. You need to call in the morning, it's hard to get through, there are no coupons at 7.20. You will not be able to make an appointment at a convenient time in advance. There's only one person on shift at the department! the therapist sees one patient for 40-50 minutes. It's just awful.

I'm signing up via talon.by .I'm trying to get to young doctors.I went through physiotherapy, cardiogram, tests-I liked everything.It is clear on time, the attitude towards patients is polite, the staff is professional. Doctors (or their assistants) who own a computer finally appeared in the pre-medical office)) A visit to the examination room left a terrible impression.Rudeness and inspection were in the worst traditions of the "scoop".Now I go to the gynecologist at a paid MC.

I went there, and the sign says in black and white the treatment of patients with fever and respiratory infections. (even though the woman at the reception knew where I was going)))I'm going back to the registry office, unfortunately it turned out to be at the wrong time, the young lady was discussing her family problems, I even had to attract attention to myself....Even though she's sitting right in front of the door... I'm asking how do I get to the doctor that another doctor referred me to? To which I get an answer so that I call in the morning and then they will give me a ticket . To which I ask, if I can't reach you, how do I get to the doctor? And then I heard in response: listen, you don't have to ask me questions "if !" I work in other clinics and also call if I need to! We have four phones, two of them are mobile, so you can't get through!? Half of the doctors are not competent , they generally want to keep quiet about the receptionists , and they are more interested in eternal insults when talking about other people 's work . There are literally a couple of doctors , God willing they will stay ! In the end, I want to say that I wish the clinic growth, or a change of leadership! But if you suddenly manage to snatch the ticket, you should know that you will sit in line for another 2-3 hours and no one cares about your ticket!

There are still not enough specialized specialists: there is no endocrinologist at all, there is also virtually no infectious disease specialist. There is a huge queue for examinations. The level of technologies used is extremely low - probably the level of software products used and staff training affects. Some functions are duplicated, which only adds red tape and unnerves patients.

This is not a medical center- remember that. An ordinary , state polyclinic! The doctors are normal and adequate. Especially gynecologists are great! Yes, there are long queues, but people create them themselves. Without coupons / just ask / me to the nurse and so on.
