The clinic is difficult because of the workload. All the disadvantages are described. But I came to leave a positive comment, as my family is grateful to Dr. Chigryai. The mother-in-law is 75 years old, as she coughed and the temperature rose to 37, she immediately called a doctor. Chigryai heard the onset of pneumonia and was not mistaken, he insisted on hospitalization. The diagnosis was confirmed at the hospital. Thank God it's over. Dr. Kaleeva is also wonderful there, good nurses. I will also note the work of gynecologists. When I was pregnant, I didn't notice any queues or bad attitude. And when my recumbent relative was ill and a situation arose that was not entirely clear, even the head came to make a diagnosis. He calmly told and explained everything. There is a huge workload for doctors in this clinic, especially since patients are a priori a complex contingent (with sores and a bad mood) How can burned-out doctors still find the strength to be nice?

What kind of senile boss would have to be to allow such a hellish hell!? This is a terrible polyclinic, it's easier to disperse them all, there are no coupons when, there is not one doctor, no surgeons, no normal oculist, they do the tests as they please, they have to take them for a fee elsewhere, and they do not know how to treat at all. And their bosses just have to drive such workers into the neck and they have nothing to complain about, even with the Ministry of Health.

Then she said that she even knocked on the door with her foot, to which I replied that I should have tried with my head....And then she started calling the police on me in my apartment...I honestly thought that the doctor was not sober or under the influence of some drugs. I have never seen such horror before...How such a person works with people is not clear....Moreover, she came to the reception without a mask and in torn dirty gloves. . Of course, we will deal with the management why they have such employees....God save us from such doctors

It is difficult to find advantages, so the number of stars corresponds to the number of the clinic. The contacts of the first level are left to themselves. Until you start calling on the penultimate or last day of your sick leave, you will never know whether it is being extended or closed (no one reports the results of the smear), and no one will come to you (or they will try to say that they came and no one was there). However, there are also problems with the dissemination of information in the clinic itself. Sometimes they don't know that the sick leave is already open, and they try to come a second time, then they call several times and ask again until what date the sick leave is open (do you know better, no?). If your condition allows you to close the hospital on your own, then an exciting quest begins again. At the entrance, you will not be allowed to turn into the registry, but will immediately be sent to the office that was assigned by phone, where, after sitting in an unsafe queue at the present time, you will be sent back to the registry for a card, without listening to any excuses. On the second attempt, for some reason, the card is given without question, but the queue for closing the hospital has to be defended anew (after, by the way, a considerable queue at the registry). What is even more surprising, masks are neglected not only by patients, but also by medical staff. No, they are there, but they do not protect the respiratory organs, but at best the mouth, and more often the neck or chin. On the plus side: doctors who check self-isolation and leave to open hospital rooms are polite and friendly, but this does not cover the general disorganization of the institution.
