The staff is completely rude, rude, no respect for people. Doctors almost always have sick leave or vacation, it is impossible to make an appointment, as well as to get an appointment in general. There are huge queues when doctors are driving teas at that time. In room 305, the doctor V. V. Fedorova does not know how to talk normally, she is always yelling, she does not like everything. She's not bad as a doctor, but she has her issues. There is also an eternal problem at the reception, huge queues, and most often there is only one window. They're always rude, they don't have any attitude, they've been looking for a card for 100 years. The child (15 years old), when he goes without me, always complains that he is being yelled at and treated as if he were not a human being. I don't understand, they think that if the child is, they can behave as they want and that he won't be able to answer!? I think that there will be no justice for them!? Special thanks to the doctors who behave like human beings, but unfortunately there are not so many of them there.

I want to express my complaint against the clinic, especially the reception staff! Why is it impossible to get a ticket for fluorography in your free time from work, or rather study!? Moreover, this fluorography should be done in another clinic altogether , would you like to understand the system of work of the medical staff ? That is, they work, but other people don 't ! They offered the child to do it for a fee ! Why such an appeal? You need to travel all over the city to complete the medical commission in order to complete it.
