It is hardly possible to find a worse polyclinic. Getting through to the reception desk is another quest, I've been calling for hours in a row: One minute they're busy, the next they're hanging up. To come to the reception yourself is to stand in a queue of + 15-20 people. Negligent attitude towards people, they can't find a record, they lose their cards, and you run around looking for offices or go without a card. The doctors are all competent, but the registry office is a quiet horror, it's impossible to talk to them without a sedative.

There is simply no worse polyclinic. Doctors are incompetent. Try calling the front desk again. There are frantic queues at the reception itself. To simply order a card, you need to queue for 10 minutes or even more (and this is not to mention the queues under the doctors' office). You come to the polyclinic at 10 a.m., and God willing, you leave at 3 p.m.

Terrible clinic! It is very interesting what documents prescribe the admission on sick leave in the second shift from 15 to 18 WITHOUT COUPONS? The reception is very slow-they go from office to office!!! People with coupons are sitting and waiting for their sick days to pass.

It's a disgusting clinic, I transferred from the 1st, now I regret it. Doctors work very slowly, they are rude. To get to the doctor, you need to sit for 2-3 hours, and that's at best. I've never seen a clinic before. As for the repair, that's the staff. There are 6 (!) people in the reception, and the window is open. Everything is very slow. The cards are lost, no one is in a hurry to work. I came to see a doctor, I just need to prescribe medicine. Three doctors in the office were arguing about whose address I was at and who would prescribe the drugs. As a result, they asked to wait 10 minutes for the shift to change. DEAR ADMINISTRATION! You have only dissatisfied patients at your clinic, unless you can listen and organize the institution. I understand that it's not the capital, it's some kind of isolated city, but it's terrible. You need to make an appointment with a doctor 2-3 weeks in advance, and if you need it urgently??? I do not recommend this place from the bottom of my heart.

Horror!!!!Dr. Raquel O.M. takes 1 person not for that long, but for a VERY long time!!!On average 20-30 minutes.I was at her reception.She watches you for 5 minutes, and prints for 15-20 minutes.And it's not filling out MY card!!!Give her another helper!!!!,For the computer.Please!!!!All patients will be very grateful.

An optometrist, ENT, Neurologist work for a couple of hours a day, 2-3 times a week. It is impossible to pass a medical examination in a day. Queues to the therapist for several hours. They tried to extort money for free services (fluorography in the direction of the employment center). After the scandal and threats that I would go to higher authorities, everything was done for free. But as specialists, they know their business. It's rather not about the staff, but about the bosses, who cannot organize normal work.

Utter chaos is happening. You can sit in line for 4 hours among the sick, which makes it even worse. The card is always lost, they write on the inserts, then the inserts are lost. Standing in line at the reception, I observed the following picture: 2 receptionists were talking to each other on abstract topics, the phone was ringing and people were waiting, but they were babbling and let the whole world wait. The jam situation is more frightening. When everyone was scared of a deadly virus, stay at home, and now "so what about covid, so what if you live with a pregnant wife, it's okay" (these are the real words of the doctor).

Terrible service with patients, especially at the reception.
