April 15
Great quest room. He asked me to sign up for FGDS. They tell me we have a queue. Okay, put it down. As a result, we were put on the waiting list for a ticket!!! In October 2024!!! At the end of FEBRUARY! Call: "can you come get the ticket?" I came, took it, and asked, "When can I get in?"
"I don't know," the employee tells me,
"Go to the registry office, make an appointment there."
Okay. Went.
"The near future is the middle of March or the end."
Okay. Write it down. It was recorded on March 26.
On March 25, a call came after 5 p.m.: "Our phone is down. Fgds is cancelled. We don't know any time frame. So don't come back tomorrow."
A few days later, they call back: "fixed, come on April 5th at lunch." And I was originally booked in the morning. Fuck you, I say, write it down in the morning. We found time for the morning.
4th call: "the doctor is ill." I laughed right into the phone.
As a result: six months to complete FGDS.
Now there is a new stage of the quest: make an appointment with a therapist and find out the results. The nearest appointment with a therapist, attention, is in 2 weeks.
I called the registrar ...., and not, excuse me, the call center, I think, well, you never know, you can call the laboratory to find out the results (it was possible before, by the way). The boorish young lady of the ambassador... I sent it to the precinct officer. Who I'm talking about is the precinct officer. And you don't have a precinct officer on your property. Go to any doctor.

November 5, 2024
I do not recommend passing a driver's commission in this clinic. The commission works only two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday), each of them for three hours - from 16:00 to 19:00. During these three hours, it is necessary to have time to run around all relevant specialists (this is feasible) and a therapist (unrealistic). On November fifth, from half past three to five, I managed to leave the pre-medical office (all tests, ECG, fluorography were done beforehand), stand in line and get to the neurologist, ENT, ophthalmologist and surgeon and go take a turn to the therapist. I left the clinic at seven without his conclusion, because during those two hours in the queue I did not get to him. From my observations, the queue in front of his office was gathered before four, when the appointment begins and decreases during the appointment only due to patients who are tired of waiting. From five to six, the therapist saw four people at most, while in the last hour she made an attempt to clear the queue and took most of the rest, spending three minutes each. As a result, in addition to those who could not stand the endless waiting in line and left it, by seven in the evening, when the doctor finished the appointment, there were ten more people left under the office. Considering that the driver's commission is a paid service, I believe that such an irregular reception, when the only therapist does not have time to accept all those who apply, is an excellent indicator of the overall work of the clinic. This problem could be solved either by increasing the time of admission, or by allocating an additional specialist, or by reducing the possible number of people who applied for help, or by controlling the time spent on each applicant. It is obvious that the management of the polyclinic does not want to do any of the above, and therefore, those who do not have an appointment with a therapist today will create queues for the next appointment of the driver's commission. When I was in the queue, they shared that they were trying to get to the commission's therapist for an appointment for the third time, but in order to achieve this, you need to come and keep a queue under the office two hours before the start of the appointment. Ten times I managed to regret that I even went to this clinic (at the place of residence) for a certificate, I'm not going to undergo a medical examination here until the end (and spend an insane amount of time). It's just a pity for the wasted time and money (18p for the appointment of five specialists).
