I applied to this company for welding a frame made of metal profile. They asked me to send the drawing to the post office. I asked for the address. I was told to "look at the site". It was not on the site (as I later realized, their site was made incorrectly, because when logging in from the phone, the email is not displayed). I call back and ask to dictate an email, to which I receive an answer: "we can't help you in any way" and they hang up the phone. The sediment has already remained. But okay, I think.. I need to, so I'll find their email. I log in from the computer, find an email, send a request - for the whole day there is zero reaction.
Judge for yourself, but personally, I don't set foot in these "horns and hooves" anymore. If that's how they communicate, then that's what they do.
