We rested in this hotel twice. I really liked it both times. The staff is very friendly and hospitable, everything in the hotel is clean and beautiful. Large rooms, including a large bathroom. Gels, shampoos, etc., of course, everything is there. There are slippers, very comfortable bathrobes. A comfortable large bed and pillows are also comfortable (not too big and not too small). There is one large blanket (and sometimes two small blankets are put on the double bed, which is completely inconvenient, but everything is fine here!) They leave 2 bottles of water per person and it's very nice, thanks a lot for that! ☺️Room cleaning is of high quality. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied. They cook quickly. Order according to the menu, I will attach a photo. When you come to breakfast, there are already cuts (cheese, meat, vegetable, fruit), sausages, eggs, bread, etc. Coffee or tea can be ordered. You can select several items from the menu. Cheesecakes, pancakes, omelette, scrambled eggs, everything is very tasty! (porridge was not ordered) The coffee is delicious! This is important for us)
The location of the hotel is perfect. Opposite the Bolshoi Theater, near the Svisloch River, squares, parks, while the Trinity suburb is 15-20 minutes away at a calm pace. That is, in the very center, but it's quiet at night.
If you need a kettle or something else in your room, contact the reception and everything will be brought to you quickly.

A chic hotel, opposite the opera house. A huge bed, high-quality plumbing and decoration. Bathrobes, brushes, drinks. The only thing that is not clear is why there is no mini fridge. The room cost 11,000rubles for a family with one child, but this is with breakfast. And they are just divine. Since there were few visitors, there was not a buffet, but custom-made dishes, BUT this is the best restaurant in Minsk from those where we were. Unfortunately, the restaurant was open until 19, and we were on excursions all day and were very sorry that we did not visit it. I highly recommend, taking into account the cost and quality of breakfast, the price for accommodation is very adequate.

We chose this hotel because of its location and did not regret it. A cozy little hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean, daily cleaning, change of towels on request. There is a restaurant where you can have breakfast and dinner. Breakfasts are without much choice, but they are also quite enough not to be hungry. Attentive staff. A five-minute walk to the promenade, where you can walk. A little further away is a temple and a pedestrian street. In our opinion, the price and quality of the hotel correspond.

I spent 4 nights at the Polonaise Hotel. The location couldn't be better - a quiet center. Near the Opera and Ballet theater, transport stops, within walking distance of the historical center, the Svisloch river. Delicious, hearty breakfasts. The single room is small but beautifully furnished. The impressions are the most positive: cozy, clean, hospitable. I sincerely recommend it.

Excellent hotel: parking inside the courtyard or along the road at the hotel, very convenient location (from the Windows overlooking the park area and the opera and Ballet theater), a few minutes walk from the metro and the city center. There is not much variety for breakfast, but everything is very tasty (omelette, porridge, cheesecakes and pancakes, yoghurts with fruits, very tasty honey cake). Yes, the hotel restaurant is periodically closed for special service and music is heard, even in the room on the 3rd floor :) but it didn't bother us, and around 23h. there was already silence. During banquets, you can order room service. The room is cozy, comfortable, clean boiling white unwashed towels and bed linen. Very comfortable mattress and pillows, I slept great!!!! Not every hotel is so lucky for us :) The staff is helpful and friendly. We did not find any disadvantages for ourselves. From the wishes: it would be great if there was a gym, at least a small one)) We will be happy to stay in Polonaise on our next trips)

We stayed here for a week and we never regretted the choice. The caring staff, if you have a request, will help you solve and organize. The breakfasts are great, you choose what you need from the menu, they cook quickly and tasty. The location is convenient, the noise from the road is minimal. You will occasionally hear opera singers and singers, which adds to the atmosphere, there are a couple of cafes nearby where you can have a snack. I recommend you to stop. Not a bad mini-hotel. Good location. The room has a safe, slippers, bathrobes, shampoo, shower gel. A kettle and dishes are available on request. They put water on every day. The room is spacious. One of the disadvantages is that there is no mosquito net on the windows, when it is hot it is impossible to open the window at night, as all kinds of animals fly, and the air conditioner is noisy. The breakfasts are modest and long to wait. There are small cuts on the Swedish line, but not all were replenished on time, sometimes even bread was waited for 30 minutes. Hot to order, waiting up to 30 minutes. So if you are planning morning trips, put 1 hour of time for breakfast. Will we come back here again?

My husband and I were in Minsk in March from 25 to 30 and stayed at the Polonaise Hotel. I chose a hotel for a long time to be near the central streets, but in a quiet area.The hotel is a great small one, there is no swimming pool, sauna, casino, etc.We needed a hotel with good rooms with breakfast and the opportunity to have an inexpensive lunch at the hotel restaurant.This hotel is young, it is 6 or 7 years old, the rooms are excellent, beautiful furniture,very clean,daily cleaning, perfect room maintenance.The hotel staff is very friendly.They respond to any request and wishes of the hotel guests.My husband and I were very comfortable in this hotel.Thanks to the management, and all the staff, and especially the maid Natalia 3et.I rate her work at 5++

The hotel is generally good, clean. The staff is sociable, they go to a meeting. The breakfasts are good. But there is a bigger disadvantage - the SMELL in the rooms. I had read the reviews earlier, but I did not think that the smell of old furniture and varnish was so strong and pungent. They asked to change the number , but it didn 't help . The smell does not fade. It was very upsetting to stay at the hotel.

In principle, the hotel is normal, but the money that we paid for the night (about 300 Belarusian or 9,000 Russian rubles) She's not worth it. In general, pricing in Minsk is not entirely clear to me and is comparable in terms of the cost of living in Moscow. At the same time, the level of hotels is much lower. If we talk about this particular hotel, then it has a number of disadvantages:
1. The rooms are tired. It can be seen that the repair has not been done for quite a long time.
2. The audibility is very terrible. Neighbors can be heard talking and the TV is on. In addition, despite the fact that the windows overlook a seemingly quiet street, there is still a fairly busy avenue nearby, from which the sounds of cars can be heard one way or another. It does not interfere with sleeping, but nevertheless do not expect complete silence.
3. The hotel restaurant is rented out for banquets! This is the fattest minus. Be ready to listen to loud music and dancing until 23:00.
4. The refrigerator in the room rattles so that it had to be turned off.
5. WiFi works very strangely. Then everything loads wonderfully, then it freezes and does not connect.
6. The hotel does not have its own parking lot. Of course, there are parking spaces nearby, but on a weekday they are almost all occupied, we found a place with difficulty, we had to drag ourselves with suitcases.
Among the advantages, I can mention the pleasant staff and the convenient location of the hotel near the theater in a quiet area. Breakfast is also not everything is clear, on the first day it was very diverse, but on the third day of our stay three types of cheese turned into one, pancakes and cheesecakes disappeared, porridge was made just terrible, they did not even finish eating.
In general, the hotel is not worth the money that is asked for accommodation, and if the accommodation cost twice as much, I could close my eyes to many disadvantages, but at such a cost per night it is very bad. But again, I repeat, the pricing of hotels in Minsk is very strange, and it is not entirely clear why prices are so inflated everywhere.

Прекрасный отель. Расположение в тихом центре города. Уютные светлые и чистые номера. Есть все необходимое. Удобные подушки и матрас. Хороший завтрак и сам ресторан, где можно покушать по меню в любое время до 23:00. Или заказать еду в номер. Персонал отеля и ресторана очень приветливый и профессиональный.
Я часто останавливаюсь в гостиницах и отелях и достаточно привередлива. Тут же все идеально. И полный комплект полотенец, халат, тапочки, гели и шампунь. Питьевая вода. Все целое и чистое. Посуда без сколов и трещин. Везде убрано до блеска. Только приятные впечатления. Спасибо ОГРОМНОЕ!!!

Очень достойный отель. Пятёрки по всем направлениям. Расположение - вид на Большой театр. Шаговая доступность ко всем городским достопримечательностям. Комфорт на высоте. Номер был у нас на втором этаже. Двухкомнатный. Отдыхали двое взрослых и двое детей. Все условия для спокойного размещения и восстановления сил после посещения мероприятий. Деликатный сервис. Завтраки очень вкусные. Небольшой , но достаточный «шведский стол» и так же горячие блюда на выбор под заказ. Приготовление очень быстрое. Дети были довольны и сыты. Взрослые тоже ).
Так же заказывали в номер блюда для фуршета. Приходили в гости друзья. Номер позволял собрать небольшую компанию. Всё было очень вкусно и достойно и в указанный срок.
Огромное спасибо всему коллективу гостиницы. Успехов Вам и хорошего настроения!! Такого же, как у нас осталось после посещения вашей гостиницы и города Минска.

Очень понравилось, расположение практически в центре, рядом хороший парк у реки, номер красивый, уютный, окна выходили на улицу но т.к. движение машин маленькое в номере тихо даже при открытом окне, кондиционер справлялся со своей задачей (на улице было прохладно) включали в режиме «подогрев». Кровать ну ОЧЕНЬ большая — средней жесткости, высыпались отлично, уборка каждый день. Завтрак «полушвецкий стол» : все что к кофе (много чего) - на столе плюс из меню на выбор горячее (очень понравились блинчики все). Персонал приветливый, попросили чайник!!! Через минуту принесли!!! Так что всем им БОЛЬШОЕ!!! Спасибо за приятно проведенное воемя!!!

We booked a hotel from 14.07-17.07, spent one night and moved out, or rather ran away. I don't really understand the rave reviews, but everyone has their own. They gave one star for breakfast.
And so I'll start with the advantages of the hotel:
1. Good location
2. Large spacious room
3. Excellent breakfasts
4. Clean bed linen
That's where the advantages end.
Disadvantages of the hotel:
1. The rooms have a musty smell mixed with sweat. So two rooms were changed and there was a musty and sweaty smell in all of them, especially in the first room. It would be all right if the smell faded, the room was left to air out, and the smell just stood there, it's not clear why.
2. Everyone writes about clean rooms, or we were unlucky (but it's hard to believe it, since two rooms cannot be dirty). The carpet has not been cleaned for a long time, as there is a large layer of dust. Plumbing is washed with a quick hand, streaks are visible, other people's hair is present. A bathrobe with hair. The window sills in the room are dirty, some stains, it is not clear from what. The tulle is dirty, the mirrors are stained. The cherry on the cake is the lipstick on the headrest by the bed, well, it could have been washed. Bedside tables inside with a layer of dust and forgotten earplugs.
3. The air conditioner did not work, the cold air did not drive at 16 degrees, we did not solve this issue, because we knew that tomorrow we would move out of this hotel.
4. There is no kettle in the room, it is provided on request, but the kettle is rusty.
5. The restaurant is open until 19:00. This is not indicated anywhere on the site and if you stopped by after 19, then you need to look for a place to eat.
6. There is no private parking.
To summarize, the hotel needs a general cleaning and replacement of the carpet with something else, since they do not know how to clean it.
I do not advise staying in this hotel, as the hotel is dirty and it is not comfortable to stay in it.

My feedback will be positive. She took off the star for organizing breakfasts. I would especially like to thank the booking service for providing me with the room exactly as I requested. Room 35 overlooks a quiet courtyard. The room has excellent plumbing and a comfortable bed. Of the cons, there is no tea station. I think for such money [7000 per room per day] it would be possible to organize a buffet and put a kettle, cups and so on in each room, as it should be. Otherwise, everything was fine, there are a lot of channels on TV, if anyone needs it. The hotel has an elevator, only 6 floors, mostly 5 rooms on 3,4,5 floors. The sound insulation is good. I didn't really like the organization of the breakfasts.

I really liked the hotel. The rooms are clean and well decorated, all the furniture is in excellent condition, plumbing too. We took a room with breakfast, they were on the menu. The assortment is good, everything is prepared to order online in 5 minutes. Plus a mini buffet with cold snacks. The hotel is located in the very center, but at the same time on a quiet street, i.e. you simultaneously have prompt access to all the main POIs, and the opportunity to relax in a relaxed atmosphere after a busy day.
The hotel is not the cheapest, but its quality fully justifies the price. I recommend.

Один из лучших отелей Минска (особенно по соотношению цена/качество). Доброжелательный персонал. Хорошее расположение (до центра пешком минут 10, рядом с большим театром Беларуси). Сытный завтрак, на котором можно выбрать одно горячее блюдо (в основном, омлеты, глазуньи с тостами и различными "наполнителями" или каша) и одно сладкое (блины с медом, джемом, ... или фрукты с йогуртом). Остальное можно добрать на шведском столе: нарезка (мясо, сыр, обжаренная курица), сосиски, вареные яйца, греческий йогурт, соки, выпечка, хлеб. Напитки на выбор: хороший кофе из кофемашины или чай (его приносят свежезаваренным в заварочном чайнике) .
Минусы номера: холодильник минибара сильно тарахтит, в номерах из двух комнат солнцезащитные шторы есть только в "спальне", в санузлах пол ледяной (в люксах вполне можно было сделать его "теплым").

What did you like:
Location- right in front of the Bolshoi Theatre, 10 minutes walk to Nemiga.
Nice friendly girls at the reception.
Large rooms, lots of water are a compliment.
What didn't you like:
At first, they settled in a dark, damp, musty room with a single window, half blocked by a pipe wall, and a damp balcony with standing water. And that's for 8,100₽ per night! After my request, they changed to a normal room the next day. This is a plus. But in general, such rooms cannot be sold at the same price as standard ones, it's off the scale.
I still didn't like the breakfast system - you can only take bread, cheese, sausage, sliced vegetables and fruits, and yogurt freely on the Shvets table. Omelette/scrambled eggs, porridge, pancakes or cheesecakes - you need to order (2 items), and then wait more than 20 minutes. Damn, breakfast should be fast, because there are a lot of plans ahead. And you have to spend an hour on it, half of which you sit over an empty plate and wait for food. And the coffee is getting cold. I highly recommend putting the hot stuff in free access too. Let there be a little less variation, but guests will be able to have breakfast promptly.
Another disadvantage is audibility - when they are talking on the phone in the next room, you literally hear the whole conversation.
Cars are driving under the windows, it's quite noisy, if it's important to someone.
And finally, even in the second room with two windows facing the sunny side, there was a strange musty smell in the room. Whether it's carpet or furniture, it's unpleasant.
In general, I would not go to this hotel a second time.
The cons outweigh the pros.

Останавливались здесь со 2 по 7 июня, всё очень понравилось! Отель небольшой, чистый, персонал доброжелательный и внимательный! Все вопросы решаются мгновенно! Моего мужа поздравили с днем рождения, было очень неожиданно и очень приятно! Шведский стол на завтраке небольшой, но можно заказать различные варианты горячего завтрака - блинчики, каши, омлет. Главные достопримечательности Минска в пешей доступности. В следующий раз - только сюда! Единственное пожелание - добавить второй стул в номер "Люкс", одного стула для троих гостей порой недостаточно :)
