I really liked the location, almost in the center, near a good park by the river, the room is beautiful, cozy, the Windows faced the street, but since the traffic is small, the room is quiet even with the window open, the air conditioner coped with its task (it was cool outside) turned on in "heating" mode. The bed is VERY large — medium hardness, we slept well, cleaning every day. Breakfast "polushvetsky table": everything that goes with coffee (a lot of things) is on the table, plus hot from the menu to choose from (I really liked all the pancakes). The staff is friendly, they asked for a kettle!!! They brought it in a minute!!! So THANK you to all of them!!! Thank you for a pleasant time!!!

The hotel is generally good, clean. The staff is sociable, they go to a meeting. The breakfasts are good. But there is a bigger disadvantage - the SMELL in the rooms. I had read the reviews earlier, but I did not think that the smell of old furniture and varnish was so strong and pungent. They asked to change the number , but it didn 't help . The smell does not fade. It was very upsetting to stay at the hotel.

Great hotel. Excellent breakfasts - both the menu and a small buffet, delicious coffee. Very clean and new room. The staff is very polite and attentive. The Opera and Ballet Theatre is located opposite. The upper town is 1 km away on foot. You can park your car in the courtyard or in front of the hotel on the street.

I really liked the hotel. The rooms are clean and well decorated, all the furniture is in excellent condition, plumbing too. We took a room with breakfast, they were on the menu. The assortment is good, everything is prepared to order online in 5 minutes. Plus a mini buffet with cold snacks. The hotel is located in the very center, but at the same time on a quiet street, i.e. you simultaneously have prompt access to all the main POIs, and the opportunity to relax in a relaxed atmosphere after a busy day.
The hotel is not the cheapest, but its quality fully justifies the price. I recommend.

In principle, the hotel is normal, but the money that we paid for the night (about 300 Belarusian or 9,000 Russian rubles) She's not worth it. In general, pricing in Minsk is not entirely clear to me and is comparable in terms of the cost of living in Moscow. At the same time, the level of hotels is much lower. If we talk about this particular hotel, then it has a number of disadvantages:
1. The rooms are tired. It can be seen that the repair has not been done for quite a long time.
2. The audibility is very terrible. Neighbors can be heard talking and the TV is on. In addition, despite the fact that the windows overlook a seemingly quiet street, there is still a fairly busy avenue nearby, from which the sounds of cars can be heard one way or another. It does not interfere with sleeping, but nevertheless do not expect complete silence.
3. The hotel restaurant is rented out for banquets! This is the fattest minus. Be ready to listen to loud music and dancing until 23:00.
4. The refrigerator in the room rattles so that it had to be turned off.
5. WiFi works very strangely. Then everything loads wonderfully, then it freezes and does not connect.
6. The hotel does not have its own parking lot. Of course, there are parking spaces nearby, but on a weekday they are almost all occupied, we found a place with difficulty, we had to drag ourselves with suitcases.
Among the advantages, I can mention the pleasant staff and the convenient location of the hotel near the theater in a quiet area. Breakfast is also not everything is clear, on the first day it was very diverse, but on the third day of our stay three types of cheese turned into one, pancakes and cheesecakes disappeared, porridge was made just terrible, they did not even finish eating.
In general, the hotel is not worth the money that is asked for accommodation, and if the accommodation cost twice as much, I could close my eyes to many disadvantages, but at such a cost per night it is very bad. But again, I repeat, the pricing of hotels in Minsk is very strange, and it is not entirely clear why prices are so inflated everywhere.

A great place near the theater and all the sights, attentive staff. The rooms have a classic interior, clean, strong. The breakfast menu is varied to order. One of the disadvantages is that the doors to the rooms are noisily closed.

I liked the mini-hotel as a whole. The staff is very friendly. We booked 2 rooms 22 and 52. 22 - dark and with a musty smell. 52 - good. All rooms have large beds and comfortable mattresses. The bathroom is normal. There are slippers and bathrobes in the room. The audibility between the rooms is strong.

A very cozy small hotel. The rooms are spacious. Very tasty food in the restaurant. In the morning, for breakfast, the main dish (sliced, yogurt, fruits and vegetables buffet) is prepared by the chef to choose from. Our windows overlooked the Bolshoi Theatre. I'll put 10 out of 10.

One of the best hotels in Minsk (especially in terms of price/quality ratio). Friendly staff. Good location (10 minutes walk to the center, next to the Bolshoi Theater of Belarus). A hearty breakfast, where you can choose one hot dish (mainly omelets, fried eggs with toast and various "fillers" or porridge) and one sweet (pancakes with honey, jam, ... or fruit with yogurt). The rest can be obtained at the buffet: slicing (meat, cheese, fried chicken), sausages, boiled eggs, Greek yogurt, juices, pastries, bread. Drinks to choose from: good coffee from the coffee machine or tea (it is brought freshly brewed in a teapot).
Cons of the room: the refrigerator of the minibar rattles a lot, in the rooms of two rooms there are sunscreens only in the "bedroom", in the bathrooms the floor is icy (in the suites it was quite possible to make it "warm").

Nice hotel.Small, cozy.Clear.Bathrobes, slippers, but no kettle.If you ask, they give it to you.A good mattress and pillows.I want to write about breakfast.We had breakfast 2 times.But they were different shifts.And 13.05.everything was on the buffet-and pancakes, cheesecakes,teas in thermoses, everything is hot, pancakes are very tasty,sour cream for pancakes.Cups, sugar..Everything is on the tables.It turned out to be only 13.05, but on the trail.the morning of 14.05 on the other shift, there was nothing on the tables.Everything had to be ordered.In the first.we had fried eggs all day, everything else was on the table, but there was none of this here and we had to ask for everything, even tea, sugar,.Therefore, this shift has a big disadvantage.Such things are a minus for the hotel.Hope

We stayed here from June 2 to June 7, we really liked everything! The hotel is small, clean, the staff is friendly and attentive! All issues are resolved instantly! My husband was congratulated on his birthday, it was very unexpected and very pleasant! The breakfast buffet is small, but you can order various options for a hot breakfast - pancakes, porridge, omelette. The main sights of Minsk are within walking distance. Next time, just come here! The only wish is to add a second chair to the Suite, one chair for three guests is sometimes not enough :)

We booked a hotel from 14.07-17.07, spent one night and moved out, or rather ran away. I don't really understand the rave reviews, but everyone has their own. They gave one star for breakfast.
And so I'll start with the advantages of the hotel:
1. Good location
2. Large spacious room
3. Excellent breakfasts
4. Clean bed linen
That's where the advantages end.
Disadvantages of the hotel:
1. The rooms have a musty smell mixed with sweat. So two rooms were changed and there was a musty and sweaty smell in all of them, especially in the first room. It would be all right if the smell faded, the room was left to air out, and the smell just stood there, it's not clear why.
2. Everyone writes about clean rooms, or we were unlucky (but it's hard to believe it, since two rooms cannot be dirty). The carpet has not been cleaned for a long time, as there is a large layer of dust. Plumbing is washed with a quick hand, streaks are visible, other people's hair is present. A bathrobe with hair. The window sills in the room are dirty, some stains, it is not clear from what. The tulle is dirty, the mirrors are stained. The cherry on the cake is the lipstick on the headrest by the bed, well, it could have been washed. Bedside tables inside with a layer of dust and forgotten earplugs.
3. The air conditioner did not work, the cold air did not drive at 16 degrees, we did not solve this issue, because we knew that tomorrow we would move out of this hotel.
4. There is no kettle in the room, it is provided on request, but the kettle is rusty.
5. The restaurant is open until 19:00. This is not indicated anywhere on the site and if you stopped by after 19, then you need to look for a place to eat.
6. There is no private parking.
To summarize, the hotel needs a general cleaning and replacement of the carpet with something else, since they do not know how to clean it.
I do not advise staying in this hotel, as the hotel is dirty and it is not comfortable to stay in it.

Nice hotel. It is conveniently located just behind the Opera and Ballet Theater, within walking distance of the metro. The staff is customer-oriented. The reservation was accepted simply by phone, and the birthday people get a discount on accommodation. The rooms are good, the furniture is not old. For breakfast, a small buffet plus you can order a dish of your choice (pancakes, porridge, cheesecakes, sandwiches).Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock, which is convenient if you need to catch a tour.

My feedback will be positive. She took off the star for organizing breakfasts. I would especially like to thank the booking service for providing me with the room exactly as I requested. Room 35 overlooks a quiet courtyard. The room has excellent plumbing and a comfortable bed. Of the cons, there is no tea station. I think for such money [7000 per room per day] it would be possible to organize a buffet and put a kettle, cups and so on in each room, as it should be. Otherwise, everything was fine, there are a lot of channels on TV, if anyone needs it. The hotel has an elevator, only 6 floors, mostly 5 rooms on 3,4,5 floors. The sound insulation is good. I didn't really like the organization of the breakfasts.

I've stayed at this hotel twice. Perhaps the rooms here are not cheap, but for me it is worth every ruble. Comfortable rooms, clean, everything you need is there. The breakfasts are delicious, in addition to a small buffet, you can order a hot dish to choose from. The staff at the reception are very polite, attentive and always ready to help. And the location is very convenient, not far from the Trinity suburb, Nemiga metro station nearby, bus stops, trolleybuses, trams. Next time in Minsk, I will also stay here.
The only negative for me is a noisy refrigerator. I had to turn it off at night to fall asleep peacefully.

A wonderful boutique hotel, beautiful and comfortable rooms, very clean, friendly staff, generous and delicious breakfast and all this for a reasonable price, significantly lower than in other hotels of the same class in Minsk. Nice hotel in the city center. It is close to the metro station, if you need to get on and drive somewhere. Nearby there is a park, a Large theater, an embankment, a shopping center Gallery (if clothes or groceries are needed). There are no complaints about the hotel itself, the cleaning is excellent, towels are changed, bath accessories are replenished when used.
For minor disadvantages, I would single out breakfasts, they are not very diverse and sometimes add a lot of oil to dishes cooked in butter (pancakes, omelette, scrambled eggs). And the second disadvantage is that if you sleep with the windows open, then around 3-4 hours the racers prevent you from sleeping, you often wake up in the middle of the night. Otherwise, the hotel left a pleasant impression.

A wonderful cozy hotel in the historical place of Minsk, in the city center with a view of the Opera and Ballet Theater. What did you like:
Location- right in front of the Bolshoi Theatre, 10 minutes walk to Nemiga.
Nice friendly girls at the reception.
Large rooms, lots of water are a compliment.
What didn't you like:
At first, they settled in a dark, damp, musty room with a single window, half blocked by a pipe wall, and a damp balcony with standing water. And that's for 8,100₽ per night! After my request, they changed to a normal room the next day. This is a plus. But in general, such rooms cannot be sold at the same price as standard ones, it's off the scale.
I still didn't like the breakfast system - you can only take bread, cheese, sausage, sliced vegetables and fruits, and yogurt freely on the Shvets table. Omelette/scrambled eggs, porridge, pancakes or cheesecakes - you need to order (2 items), and then wait more than 20 minutes. Damn, breakfast should be fast, because there are a lot of plans ahead. And you have to spend an hour on it, half of which you sit over an empty plate and wait for food. And the coffee is getting cold. I highly recommend putting the hot stuff in free access too. Let there be a little less variation, but guests will be able to have breakfast promptly.
Another disadvantage is audibility - when they are talking on the phone in the next room, you literally hear the whole conversation.
Cars are driving under the windows, it's quite noisy, if it's important to someone.
And finally, even in the second room with two windows facing the sunny side, there was a strange musty smell in the room. Whether it's carpet or furniture, it's unpleasant.
In general, I would not go to this hotel a second time.
The cons outweigh the pros.
