I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the negligent attitude at the reception. And systematically! But specifically in this complaint I want to tell you about the disgusting attitude of the pediatrician NATALIA POPOVA. such terrible people still need to be looked for.
My daughter was sent to an appointment from the registry office, as our site is open later. My daughter had a very bad stomach ache after a physical education lesson, had heartburn in her chest and felt queasy. It was impractical to wait another hour and endure it. When she entered the pediatrician's office, she showed the most disrespectful attitude, did not listen, verbally oppressed [...]. Moreover, my daughter was not guilty of anything, she was sent to this office from the registry!
Nevertheless, the doctor was constantly sarcastic and tried in every possible way to hurt. Expressing his dissatisfaction with everything [..], raising his voice and shouting at the child.
To give my daughter a certificate, she was forced to call me, and more than once they mentioned that her daughter was not in pain and that she should be sent back to class because they were doing some kind
of "checks" and forced her to jump. Saying that if she had a stomach ache, she would have screamed. I think such an attitude and frankly boorish behavior on the part of adults working in a children's institution is unacceptable. And such people should be fired, or even better, they should be fined or taken to see psychotherapists. This is not normal! I'm horrified by how disgusting people can be. And I really regret that my daughter got an appointment with this particular woman.

Huge, long queues, on days when the healthy should come, the sick come, and vice versa, no one cares, because of this, wait for an appointment for more than an hour, or even more. I understand that there are not enough doctors, etc., but something needs to be done about it. With a small child who can't sit for so long, it's just a test.
I like the neurologist Stepanets, an optometrist, gives good recommendations, the examination takes place in a pleasant environment for me and the child.
