They lost my medical card 2 times, and forced me to pay 300 rubles 2 times due to the lack of tests (which they also lost!).
Doctors are rude and incorrect. They manage to express their opinions and God forbid you disagree with them, that's it, incomprehensible psychos start on their part.
I have severe anemia. After 10 minutes of talking, I know my results perfectly well and don't need to tell me off, the nurse hands me a receipt, saying go pay for it and we will refer you to the doctors. I say that I don't need it, for such money and boorish staff, I'd rather find another clinic where they will consult with me first, and not without my knowledge decide to charge me money. They openly start being rude about what they know best. In response to my answers that I am without the help of my parents and I do not have the opportunity to replenish their cash register, I was advised to get a job for 2 or 3 jobs. Although, I would also advise them to look for other jobs, as unprofessional doctors as possible. This is the first time I've encountered this.

There is no normal coupon system, it is not clear how the queue goes, whether it is alive, or according to the time in the coupon. In short, it seems that employees absolutely do not care about students, they do not consider them patients. It's like the doctors just came to sit in their seats and definitely don't want to work. If you really need a urologist's consultation, and not for you to come and the doctor to sit on the phone while you tell everything, my advice is, don't go. I indicated the wrong age (although I didn't even ask how old I was), I just wrote the same thing that was in the conclusion of another doctor. He doesn't want to give a sick leave, because there are no grounds, but for some reason, as soon as I went to the therapist and showed the diagnosis, I didn't even have to ask, they immediately gave me an exemption from classes, here I want to pay tribute to Natalia Fedorovna Bugrim.
If you need a urologist, I recommend contacting a paid clinic, or you can go home and see a specialist there. If there is an acute pain, then an ambulance, but definitely not this urologist.
Addition: after visiting this clinic and the urologist mentioned above, an ambulance took me at night with acute pain, I lay in the hospital for 2 and a half weeks, I had an operation, but it turned out that everything was not so simple there and the next one would be soon.
