Unfortunately, the second weekend was ruined by the sellers of the pon cannon on the Ilyich crystal 333. The donuts are weathered and cold. When asked if the doughnuts are warm, the seller replies that she cooked them 30 minutes ago (although she had a break for 30 minutes and we just waited for it to end) . I just politely asked them to touch them (since it is important to me that the donuts are warm, the child does not eat others) They told me they weren't going to do it, she didn't need it. I also asked when the fresh ones would be, and they told me the showcase was full (I'll attach a photo) And every time we come here, this seller does not respond to comments. Please take action.

I don't want to complain about anyone. Just my impressions. At first, there are only advantages, fast, tasty, always works. The last six months, it's just unbearable. As soon as you don't go in, something doesn't work in the chisel, something else is broken and you have to wait at least an hour, for the last two weeks I haven't been able to order an elementary box. I have repeatedly visited the institution on Ilyich and on Rogachevskaya. There were all sorts. And queues, and waiting, and cold donuts. And cool promotions on Tuesday, when we were full to the brim, and delicious birthdays. But the last time was fine. I ran out of glazed pink donuts for Ilyich and I was very sad that I wouldn't be able to eat them at night, but then they called me and I got one donut. It was the most delicious doughnut in the world. Thank you, Vladislav, for your customer orientation and smile)

Almost always I get to the hot ones right away, which of course pleases. The guys are very polite. I usually meet Vladislav and Vitaly. They leave both with a smile and with sweet treats🙃

Today we were in this institution for the first time, took, on the recommendation of an employee, a set of assorted. The donuts are delicious, and that's where the pros ended. They served them quickly, because they put the ones that had been left behind from the showcase to us without warning us.
To my remark, the employees began to argue that this is the way it should be, and that this is how it should be according to the regulations in their institution. So we won't go to them anymore, there are a lot of places with FRESH goodies in the city.
