The donuts are delicious - no complaints. We often come in and buy. But the last time there were glazed donuts in the window, I was refused a piece-by-piece sale of one of the flavors on the pretext that I could only buy it as part of a box. Considering that I always take the same flavors and there were no such problems before, we really spoiled the impression of the point.
