My Porsche Cayenne broke down at the end of March. I also have a Porsche in America, and I have always taken my cars to Porsche for maintenance or repair, as I want professional and high-quality maintenance of my cars. I took my car to the center and waited three days for a diagnosis. I already suspected that the transfer case was out of order, and expected the repair cost to be about $5,000. Porsche called me and told me that the gearbox was broken and that they had to replace the entire gearbox at a cost of $23,000 and a waiting period of 6 months. I was shocked and couldn't believe my ears. I couldn't believe their diagnosis based on my experience with cars and the symptoms that were present when the car broke down, especially when the manager told me that they were "hearing unpleasant noises" and it seemed to me that their diagnostic method was based solely on noise. I even asked Porsche if it was a transfer case, but they lied to me and said it was a transmission. I decided to take it to the machine shop to get a second opinion. I called Porsche an hour before arrival and told them that I would come and tow the car. I arrived, but my car was not ready, they took me to the service area, and I heard the mechanics swearing and not working, saying something like "this is not my car." I was shocked by the lack of professionalism, especially from an upscale luxury brand. As soon as I took my car to another machine shop, they diagnosed a transfer case malfunction, opened it and showed the worn part within 10 minutes of arrival. I brought them a new part, and it was fixed in a day. Now my Cayenne drives like new without any problems. I must have paid less than $1,000 and waited a couple of days. It's just a shame how low the standards are at this Porsche center. I've always taken my Porsches to a reliable service center, but now I can't trust their service and I think their only interest is to line their pockets and take as much money as possible from fools.

The work schedule is up to 18 hours and only on weekdays - what could be worse ? You're not a government office to work like this. I have already encountered it many times and this time I decided to write about it! If something happens after 18, you will never pick up the phone, even in order to clarify whether it is possible to bring a car with a tow truck after 18. When there were Audis bought in the salon, the center on Serov was always in touch, worked until 21, but here there is no customer orientation in this matter. I am waiting for the result of the diagnosis of the car, during the day of calls on Friday with the question "well, what is it?" only at 17 o'clock I received an answer that I need to get in further and of course we will do it only after the weekend. Are there really so few people who want to come for repairs or that the work schedule of the state institution is enough?

In July of this year, we arrived in Minsk from St. Petersburg, a hub bearing broke on the way. Our car is under extended warranty, this problem should be easily fixed at an authorized dealer, where we turned. We left the car for diagnostics, the problem was confirmed. It's a small matter: to order a part, because it is not available in the Minsk service. The designated period is 2 weeks. It's been almost three… And it turns out that... the part has not been ordered! She did not arrive, she will not arrive, and the frightened Porsche service employee does not understand what to do in this situation. Allegedly, there is no detail in Germany and they also do not know what to do. We've been without our car for three weeks. Without information. And now they are offering to leave the car for at least 2 more weeks before clarifying the issue of the detail. Realizing that they don't want to deal with the car here and do their job, we call the manager in St. Petersburg. There, in 5 minutes, they FIND a part both in stock in Germany and in Moscow. That is, there is no problem with ordering spare parts. Minsk has a problem with something else.
I would like to say separately about communication with employees: it is unrealistic to get through and find out what is wrong with the car the first time. They promise to call back and do not call back. There are no SMS business cards with the manager's contacts, as in other services. And the work schedule is on weekdays until 18.00 ... that is, at the most inconvenient time for customers. The car was given dirty, for the first time I see that the car was not washed before diagnosis. In the Porsche Nevsky (Peter), they always left bottles of water, filled the washer. Here they left a feeling of failure, disappointment and bitterness. I can safely say that in terms of the quality of service, friendliness, and resolution of the issue, this service is the worst. But the peculiarity is that it is also the only one in Belarus. One joy is that Porsche cars rarely cause trouble and distress. Unlike the Minsk service.

The service is at zero level - for an hour of presence, not a single manager even bothered to say hello and talk about consulting and demonstrating a car. There is no access to the salon for customers. Minus 5 to the salon on a five-point scale!
