IT'S DISGUSTING, IF YOU COME ACROSS THIS HOTEL, IMMEDIATELY CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND DO NOT TRY TO GO THERE.
It all started with the fact that we arrived at the office building, there was no staff downstairs, and in order to get at least some information, we had to call the roaming number indicated in the booking. First, the call and after the request to wait, just silence on the phone. After 30 minutes of pleading and correspondence, we received the key to the room...41
Climbing the stairs is a separate pleasure, there is no light there and there is some kind of rotten mattress.
The room - the room itself was just terrible, there was dust and hair in shreds on the floor, dirt and dust in the sink, there was no toilet paper at all, and the shower was in an obscene condition - just a hose sticking out.
There is also a closet with a lock next to the bed, and you can hear a lot of noise on the attached video, it's not possible to sleep so easily.
It seems as if the only thing that was done after the previous visitors was just to replace the bed linen (I would like to hope that it was really changed)
The water in the shower does not drain normally
in the morning, a man came to the "reception" spoke a little Russian and apologized that he could not help in any way, in the end he simply demanded to pay for the room, and did not offer to solve the situation in any way

Great location! Nearby there is a Taxi Cabotage, galataport, cafe. The Windows overlook the courtyard, not the road, which contributes to a sound sleep). The air conditioner is not noisy. I definitely recommend the hotel!
