I ordered a Bison-560 chainsaw. Throughout the Republic of Belarus, it is the cheapest 219 rubles. on other sites, 250-270 rubles. The order was accepted and delivered quickly. I came to the store to get the saw myself a week later. Not a penny for storage. The price as on the website is 219 rubles. There are no divorces. We checked the equipment with the seller. Everything is in place. I tried to start it but it didn't work (I pumped fuel).Since the saw has a 5-year warranty, I decided to pick it up and start it at home. I assembled and adjusted it at home upon arrival.Started up from the first pitching. It works fine without any problems.There are no questions about the store. Everything is fine.

DON'T waste your time and nerves!!! The same scheme applies to this "store": -They set a low price-they postpone the delivery date every time, inventing stories-you will find out in a week the reason why you will not receive the goods. Of the three things I ordered, I got NOTHING! I will say in advance that, firstly, the store does not have competent and irresponsible management, and therefore the same employees who set low prices, increase them after ordering, and then feed them with breakfast, constantly pushing back the delivery date and in the end, NOTHING comes! Secondly, to the point. I ordered a tripod, they called and said something like "Well, we can sell it to you, only it's not like on the site!", it turns out it's a completely different model and price, which they know about and do not intentionally correct. The next day, I ordered a memory card and an action camera, called, said that I needed to make an advance payment of 300 rubles in cash and expect the order to arrive in 3-4 days (as it turned out, they do not deliver on weekends, and do not include delivery in the calculation, which means + 2 days if it falls on weekends). I delivered 300 rubles and I'm waiting.. I call myself on the fifth day and ask "Where?" (And I forgot, the price of the camera increased by 250 rubles the next day after the order) They told me about these non-delivery weekends, and said that the order would be tomorrow, well, OK, I'm waiting. I call on the sixth day again myself, they say, "But didn't they call you!? There is no such memory card and there will not be, choose another one!" - "Thanks, no need, but the camera?" - "The camera will be there tomorrow." It's the first time they've heard about what they said, she's supposed to come today. OK, I'm waiting. And at the end, on the next seventh day, they were the first to call - "You know the product arrived with a defect, so we can't sell it to you," I say that let me pick it up with a defect or order again, I'll wait. I went to pick up the money, and there was no hello, no excuse, no waiting, just sitting on the phone like that. Don't believe your eyes! Prices and availability of goods often do not correspond to reality! On June 14, 2019, I left an order for a Hammer ACD142Li screwdriver drill (the price is 39 rubles!) – a day later, the operator: "Sorry, there is no such drill anymore." On February 23 and 25, 2020 , I left an order for a grinding machine . We called back that the price was incorrectly indicated ... on March 16, 2020, I placed an order for the Stavr CC-16/550 drilling machine (in the section "Metalworking machines" the price is 251 rubles). They called back – "There is no such machine in stock, in 3-4 days, they may give you a ride." When asked if the price would be relevant, the answer was positive. But in fact, the price increased by 100 rubles the very next day (!!!) . Then I decided to buy a simpler and cheaper machine - Zubr Master ZSS-350 (the price on March 16 is 219 rubles). On March 18, I placed an order (the price is already 225 rubles!). The next day, the operator reported, "There are no such machines anymore. If you want, we will leave the order until March 24, maybe there will be a new delivery and then we will clarify your order) About the price - the exchange rate is changing and the price may change. On March 23, the price of the machine has already increased to 248 rubles on the store's website!. I don't know if it's worth spending time shopping in this store. I'll probably go to OMA and buy a similar machine from them, which, by the way, is not much different in price from the Rotary ones. But there you can feel the goods with your hands, and not buy a "pig in a poke"!

I made an order for the steamer on 15.02, called back for some time, notified about delivery on Thursday or Friday (February 22. 23), asked a question about an SMS message or notification to the mailbox- everything will come, five days later Tuesday 20.02 they called and said that there was no stock. In five days?! Not in stock?! Saturday is a working day, what could you do!? Then on the same day, on 20.02, I made an order for another brand of steamer. The manager called back very quickly, said that if there was no such model, they would pick up another one. Delivery on 23-24.02. I waited all day for notification of receipt of the goods. Delivered on Tuesday 27.02! Thanks for the service, for the notification! The notification still came on Wednesday 28.02, four days after the announced delivery date.

I am far from enthusiastic about this company. I ordered a HomeElement electric kettle from the Povorot store, which failed a month later. I came to them with a warranty card, reluctantly, with a sour face, the manager accepted the kettle for their so-called warranty service with the promise to call back in a month and report the results of warranty service. It's been 2 and a half months, no response, no greetings. When he dialed them and reminded them about the kettle, they promised to refund the money, but in the end they returned it only two weeks later. In general, the first impression was spoiled, initially I was pleased with the low prices, timely delivery of the ordered goods to the pick-up point, but in terms of warranty service they show almost no zeal and effort, we can say they do so that the client does not contact them with new orders anymore.

I ordered a memory with delivery of 14p. They were brought on 12/19/2017, one bar is not working.I called, to which the answer was given: "they will call you back."We called back, send it by mail. I sent it on 12/26/2017, and on 01/5/2018 they receive it and it starts here: Then call me back in a week, then next week, then we will call you back, I dial myself, and the manager tells me: "We forgot about you, thank you for reminding us" and so on until February, although 14d is given. Then I had to connect a supervisor to solve this problem. The head also informed that the memory was under diagnosis, the money will be refunded. They clarified about the conclusion of the diagnosis and the cause of the breakdown, to which the head replied that it was a factory defect, and the conclusion was given to him orally. Although, according to the law of consumer protection rights, they had to notify about the examination and give an act. The refund was made on 02/13/2018 after another call to the head and the question where the transfer is! They were returned only for RAM, and courier delivery and forwarding were refused. I do not recommend this store!

I bought a gas table tile in this store in January. The presence of all the details was not considered on site. I ordered a sewing machine. On the day of delivery (Sat), they called that the order had arrived, but they could not pick it up (without explaining the reasons). They offered to call me on Monday. On Monday, they confirmed by phone that the order had arrived, but asked them to wait a couple of hours and not come yet. On the next call before closing, they replied that the product came with a defect and they would not give it back. It was not possible to re-order, because calls were no longer answered (voice mail immediately). What prevented me from immediately saying about the problems with the product and not dragging it out for three days is unclear.
