The only bad thing is that few people read reviews. Good day to all who are reading! I came across this so-called service (sharaga), what with the phone, what with the TV, they did not make the phone, but took money, saying that they did, after talking they returned the money. The TV lay for more than a month, no one even called or tried to make it, although they indicated what needed to be done in it, while imposing their own diagnosis and indicated something else, refused to repair, and also asked for money for diagnosis. I will write to the complaint book, there is no point in writing reviews here

My wife and I handed over the phone for repair to this service, promised to make a diagnosis and let them know within 2 days, as a result, the phone lay with them for a month, they could not do anything... They also wanted to replace the battery, although it was clearly stated what needed to be done.. The quality of service leaves much to be desired, and as a result, it was only at home that they noticed that the camera in the phone stopped working .., although everything was functioning when they were given for repair... As a result, they brought it to the master who had previously made the phone for us

They made glass on the Samsun s22 very super, that even in another place in the workshop they looked and were surprised that it was like a native and not even a replacement was visible.

Hello, today a laptop was given for repair, it was necessary to change the charger socket, the work was done in an hour, but very poorly, most of the chips and scratches on the laptop, the panel is not completely closed. They gave 55 rubles for the work, the team came to sort it out, claims that the guys did it, took the notebook themselves, unscrewed everything and broke it. Very terrible service, we do not recommend it.

We spent 2 weeks and did nothing, although we promised diagnostics during the day, and as a result, the phone was only opened after 2 weeks and promised to diagnose 2 more (!!!).Time has passed, the person left for work without a phone, although we explained this to them when they brought it for repair, that they needed it urgently, if it doesn't work out quickly, let us know right away. The girl promised that a diagnosis would be made in a maximum of a day. As a result, they did not call once, and they stopped picking up the phone from my number. When she came and started demanding to give me an unrepaired phone in order to take it to another workshop, they told me to pay 7 rubles for diagnostics. I didn't mind, but on condition that they give me a document on the diagnosis with the results. They refused to give it to me, because the diagnosis was not carried out in 2 weeks. The girl stupidly blinked and demanded 7 rubles for the return of the phone. I was already thinking about calling the police, but then the second girl came out and returned my phone. I'm shocked.

The girl at the reception is very courteous, but if a man is sitting there, then from the threshold he will hint about your inferiority, I left immediately after the "greeting"! Mom handed over the phone there, they "repaired" it for a month, complained about the heavy workload and hospital staff, and who caught you taking so many orders if you don't have enough time!? As a result, the phone was not repaired, they say, it cannot be repaired. I do not recommend this organization.
