A good small store, with a good assortment of youth clothes for modern people. The quality of things is average, the prices are affordable, the sellers are friendly!

The store is very good, but the sellers are not talking about anything. Politeness, responsiveness, attention to the customer is at zero, which is very repulsive, I will think a hundred times before going there again.

30.06.2021 decided to visit Brest, take a walk along Sovetskaya Street. Comically, the only NON-positive place turned out to be the youth clothing store "Positiv".
In neither of the two stores do the employees even greet in return. In the Beresteysky Passage branch, things WITHOUT discounts hang on the rail with red discount signs, thereby misleading customers.
However, this message was prompted to write by the salesman-cashier of the same branch in Beresteysky passage. More precisely, its "excellent customer service".
When I found a hole on a product that perfectly suited me, I asked a tall blonde with a square to find out if there was still such a product in stock. He was found, however, and he had the same hole.
Deciding that the discount was probably motivated by marriage (I took this product from a part of the rail with a 50% discount), I wanted to buy it, but:
a) it turned out to be WITHOUT a discount;
b) the seller irritably began to argue: "Where is the hole?! There is no hole." I asked to look more closely, pointed to the hole, and in response I received the following, still irritated, even arrogant: "It can be sewn up and sold further. I won't give you a discount!" The quote is verbatim.
In a decent store, for such communication with potential customers, they immediately deprive you of a bonus and reprimand you. The seller not only behaved tactlessly, but also, in principle, created the impression that Positiv sells not high-quality, or even darned / sewn things at 100% cost. It was extremely unpleasant. You, too, from such anti-advertising from your own employee, I think.
I ask you to carry out correct work with the staff, check things for defects, pay attention to the layout of the goods in the branch in Beresteysky passage. The seller-cashier should be sent to management courses... And, courtesy😊
I am waiting for your reply.
