A well-known PRACTICE store(((( I bought an approximate Bulgarian about a year ago in a Practice store. She worked for me for 10 months and broke down (( I went to look for a warranty card and lo and behold, there was still a month left before the end of the warranty. I ran happily to the store and what do you think my happiness is over! When handing over the goods, be careful, they ask you to almost forcibly put signatures without reading everywhere, namely the buyer's consent to extend the repair period to thirty days!!!!! But we are attentive, so I did not agree with this and did not sign it. They accepted my tool, informed me that they would sort it out within 14 days, they would contact me if you came. The 15th day came, I took some more money, went to the store, where the most unpleasant, rude thing began and I don't know how to describe their indignation at all... I came this way and that, the warranty repair period is violated, return the money, I will add money and buy another one from you, but at a higher price. To which the answer is no, everything is fine with us, with deadlines too, go home they will contact you. In what light is my Bulgarian and what was done to her, respectively, they did not know anything!!! I realized that they just forgot about her. I was safely sent away without any talk. The administrator of the trading floor was absolutely not interested in my problem. I realized this by trying to talk to him, which he said -where did you see that everything would be fine. I wrote an application for a refund and left. In the evening of the same day, I received a phone call from the Practice and was informed that my case, ATTENTION, was not guaranteed, since the Bulgarian was heavily covered in dust!!!!! What a turnaround!!!! Bulgarian and in the dust. They do not have the original verification act, they only have a copy. As soon as the Bulgarian came to the store, I had no choice but to pick her up, which is exactly what I did. At home, I checked the copy and the current one performed the checks and found differences there-some dates in the copy and others in the original. I had to repair the grinder myself, we did not see any special contamination there, we saw a broken bearing (of an unknown brand), replaced it, the price of the issue is 5 rubles plus work. As a result, I advise you, before giving your earned money, think about who you give it to, where you buy the goods. I'm NOT going to this store anymore!!! Since there is absolutely no loyalty to customers, there is a rude and rude attitude on the part of the return specialist and the store administrator. Thank God there are other shops in our city where they treat their customers many times, MANY TIMES better. The PRACTITIONER goodbye!

If it weren't for the prices, I would have put one star at all. The prices are more than affordable. The staff is poorly trained and does not understand at all that when a customer is standing in front of him, it is somehow ugly to solve their problems over the phone. Shopping through a shopping cart in an online store with pickup is still an "adventure". In theory, it should save time for both the client and the staff, but in the end, like an ordinary customer, you run around the warehouses and pick up your goods, which, by the way, you must pay before you see them. Nonsense. Really, it was impossible to put them in a separate basket, or at least somehow prepare them.
