I ordered balloons for Sunday (on Wednesday), promised to do everything and even come on my day off.
I couldn't get through on Saturday, as a result, I received such a message (when I had already found a replacement)
It is not very pleasant, plus a spoiled mood, I do not recommend it, there is no respect for customers.

That girl who works there knows a lot about what she sells, found everything for herself that she needed. The balls at a normal price and the rest of the strays, which I did not think about at first, were purchased additionally.
